� Estimate the impact in the use of open educational resources (OER) in Chile focusing on first year students in higher education with respect to the logical-mathematical skills improvement.
� Analyze the perception of students and teachers to use OER to improve learning
� Students whose teachers taught courses related to mathematics with the help of the OER are able to develop better logical-mathematical than those whose teachers did not use this type of resources.
� 1. Evaluate the impact in the use of open educational resources (OER) in relation to the increase in logical-mathematical students in higher education skills in the first year.
� 2. Analyze the factors that explain the success or failure of the use of OER in relation to the increase in logical-mathematical skills, and perception of students and teachers.
� 3 Develop an educational model for the use of OER in educational practices based thus teachers' perceptions of the importance of the use of OER in relation to the education of the individual student.
� • Analyze how the impact in the use of OER in relation to the increase in logical-mathematical skills varies with different feature of the student.
� • Analyze the importance of frequency of access to OER in relation to the increase in logical- mathematical skills.
� • Evaluate the impact of the use of OER in terms of student grades of the courses using these resources.
� • Evaluate the impact of the use of OER regarding dropout rates of students.
� • Evaluate the impact of the use of OER in relation to standardized tests.
� • Analyze the perceptions of students who use OER regarding the increased in logical- mathematical skills.
� • Analyze the perceptions of teachers using OER regarding increases in logical- mathematical skills.
� • Analyze the perception of teachers using OER in their classrooms regarding the development of an educational model for the use of OER in educational practices .
