Fase III: estudio CLEOPATRA
• La aleatorización se estratificó según la región geográfica y el tratamiento previo (recibió o no recibió quimioterapia neo/adyuvante)

• Metastatic, locally recurrent, or unresectable BC
• Measurable or non-measurable disease
• ≤ 1 hormonal regimen for MBC prior to randomization
• Disease-free interval ≥ 12 months since prior neo/adjuvant treatment
