Saipan Temporary Casino off to a strong start• The very first casino in Saipan; provides effective training for the opening of phase 1 casino while generating operating cash flow

• We leased 3,000 sqm of floor space from the largest duty-free shopping mall in Saipan and spent circa US$25m on the fit out.

• The casino has 12 VIP tables, 34 mass tables and 106 slot machines by the end of 2015

• Soft opening July 2015, direct VIP operations launched November 2015

Michelin star dining experience

• Imperial Pacific has teamed up with Michelin star chef & restaurateur, Brian McKenna, to bring a whole

host of world class dining concepts to Saipan.

• Brian became head chef of Le Poussin in the UK at the age of just 21, becoming one of the youngest ever

Michelin star chefs. Brian and his restaurants have won numerous awards and accolades including: ‘Chef Of

The Year’ by Food and Wine Magazine Asia, ‘Restaurant of the Year’ by Time Out Beijing and ‘Chef of the

Year Asia’ by Tatler Magazine.

• The Grand Mariana will have 11 restaurants, 4 bars, a nightclub and a beachclub

• Of these restaurants, 4 will be by 3 star Michelin chefs, 1 will be by a 2 star Michelin chef, and most exciting

of all, four of these chefs have never opened in Asia before, so Saipan will be their first outlet here.

• We aim to create one of the most concentrated collections of gourmet talent in the world

• Also in order to leverage this huge talent further, we aim to turn Saipan into one of the premium wedding

destinations in the world, with a dedicated wedding team putting together very compelling packages

drawing on the many attractions of the island and the resort.

Corporate Governance

1 Independent Non-executive Directors

• In 2015 we set about adding Independent Non-Executive Directors to the Board with the appointment of Judge Sullivan

• Judge Eugene Sullivan is a retired federal judge from Washington D.C. with more than 16 years appellate experience

• We will look to deepen our bench of Independent Non-Executive Directors over the coming year

2 Senior Management - Operations

• In 2015 we recruited industry veteran, Yiu Ling Kwong, to the position of COO for the Saipan operations

• Mr. Kwong has been in the Macau casino industry for 40 years having worked at the Pharoh, Altira & MGM

• Mr. Kwong’s team includes Mr. Ho, SVP of Table Games, and Mr. Cheang, SVP of Slot Machines

3 Senior Management – Legal & Compliance

• In 2015 we also welcomed Vic Choi to the senior management team as Chief Compliance Officer

• Mr. Choi has over 30 years of experience in compliance management, commercial crime control and investigation

• Most recently Head of Compliance in HSBC China, responsible for regulatory compliance and financial crimes control

4 Transparency

• In 2015 we undertook various initiatives to improve transparency for investors

• Improved website with better navigation and relevant information and announcements by the Company

• Increased number of public announcements including monthly rolling numbers from our temporary casino in Saipan

5 AML

• As Saipan is a US commonwealth, Imperial Pacific adheres to applicable US regulations

• Therefore our Legal & Compliance team aims to adhere to best practice according to US AML guidelines

1 Typhoon Soudelor Recovery

• Typhoon Soudelor, the worst to hit Saipan in 30 years, almost shut down theisland for 2 months last summer

• We helped with large scale food and water distribution and clean-up work

• Our in-kind donation totalled around US$500,000

2 The Village Pride Project

• An initiative that encourages community service and volunteerism

• The project encourages villagers to lead in beautifying the islands and protecting the environment

3 Architectural Renewal Projects

• Rehabilitation, Repair and Reconstruction of abandoned and decaying publicstructures

• In partnership with government departments and agencies

• There are currently only 20 rated hotels on the island of Saipan with a total of 2,666 rooms

• The supply of luxury hotel rooms is very limited, 5-star hotel rooms only account for ~10% of total supply

• Over the next 12-18 months, we expect three new luxury hotels to open in Saipan, which together will increase the supply of luxury hotel rooms on Saipan by 1,015 rooms (+38%)

• 365 of these rooms will come from our own Grand Mariana integrated resort (36% of total extra rooms)

• The availability of hotel rooms is the key parameter for airlines considering adding flight services to Saipan

• We expect scheduled flights to Saipan to increase with the availability of hotel rooms, which has been a key bottleneck

• With an increase of around 1,000 rooms becoming available over the next 12 months, airlines are already evaluating additional flight services, both charter and scheduled services

• Saipan International Airport, with 8,700 feet of runway and 6 gates that can handle wide bodied aircraft as large as 747s, has the capacity to host over 5x the current number of flights without any additional investment required

• HK Express announced in Oct 2015 that they would introduce direct flights to Saipan summer 2016

• During the past five years, tourists in Saipan grow at an annualized rate of 9.1% on average and reached 480,000

• Benefiting from Saipan’s favorable weather, proximity location and its visa-on-arrival policy to Chinese citizens, number of Chinese visitors tripled in the past 4 years with a CAGR of 40.6% p.a.

• The growth in Chinese & Korean arrivals more than offset the fall in Japanese & Russian arrivals

• Korean arrivals grew at 39% partially helped by Jeju Air’s new service from Seoul Incheon commencing Oct 2014
