Les principes directeurs sous-tendant la présente proposition sont les suivants:
• Créer un partenariat durable modélisant les infrastructures et les contenus afin de démontrer les technologies de l’apprentissage en action et d’en favoriser l’adoption
• Adopter des technologies en licence publique générale afin d’investir dans l’expertise en Côte d’Ivoire
• Viser le transfert des connaissances afin de former l’équipe du METFP aux solutions de e-apprentissage
• Assurer la pérennité des expertises en Côte d’Ivoire et favoriser l’autonomie de toutes les parties prenantes à l’enjeu des technologies de l’apprentissage en soutien à l’enseignement technique et la formation
