Concluyendo: 8 reflecciones sobre la corrupcion
1. El Poder de la Evidencia y Analisis de Datos
2. Corrupcion y falta de gobernanza: conlleva a falta de desarrollosocio-economico, inversion, competividad, e inseguridad
3. Colombia: avances y retos en gobernanza y anti-corrupcion
4. No combatir la corrupcion combatiendo contra la corrupcion
5. Transparencia profunda es necesaria (no suficiente – ‘aliados’)
6. i) Rendicion de cuentas, con sociedad civil/ONGss; ii) ReformasFinanzas Publicas (incl Tributaria) + Servicio civil + Licitaciones; iii) Reformas del Estado de Derecho/Judicatura (sanction); y iv) financiamento politico y responsibilidad del sector privado
7. Incorporarse a iniciativas globales (OCDE, EITI, OGP)
