DESCRIPTIONFarval’s AC or DC electric barrel pumps will replace the air or hydraulic operated pumps now used for lube systems on mobile or stationary equipment. Installation is cleaner - no air or hydraulic lines to install/leak. Simply wire into the machines 12, 24, or 110-volt supply. Pressure rated to 4000 psi. Will fit original refinery 35 and 120 lb. drums.

All models include drum cover, and follower plate.

OPERATION12/24 VDC PumpsThe pump end (bottom) consists of a hardened steel bushing, through which the piston runs. As the piston strokes down, grease is pushed past the check valve ball and out through the extruded discharge holes in the pump stem. As the piston strokes up, the check valve prevents drawback, and a vacuum is created inside the bushing. When the piston uncovers the suction holes in the bushing, another charge of grease is drawn in through the suction ports on the bottom of the stem and into the bushing. The cycle then repeats.

The reciprocating motion of the piston is generated by the power pack, and is transmitted through the driveshafts, with the return (up) motion caused by the return spring. The heart of the power pack is a heavy duty solenoid, which, when energized by the relay, pulls its armature down, operating the upper driveshaft. The lower driveshaft, including the piston, is forced down against the return spring, and against the discharge pressure. At the bottom of the armature’s stroke, the actuator switch turns off the signal to the relay, deenergizing the pump solenoid coil, allowing the return spring to push everything back up. At the top of the stroke, the actuator switch turns on, and the cycle repeats.

115 VAC PUMPSThe 115 VAC Pumps use a 1/4 hp., open drip-proof gearmotor, with a cam and roller follower to actuate the pump plunger. Bottom-end (pump) is identical to the DC units.

Product OverviewThe new Bijur Delimon cordless battery-powered grease gun frees you from cumbersome cords or air hoses. Its high-capacity 18 VDC battery delivers grease faster and reduces the number of times you have to recharge the unit. When the battery runs low, just charge it using the included one-hour battery quick charger.

Using the grease gun is a snap. Just attach the flexible whip hose to a lubrication point and pull the trigger-style switch. Grease is immediately delivered. To stop the flow of grease, just release the switch.
