Gipsbearbeitung

Durch die grobe Kreuzverzahnungmit zusätzlichem Querhieb wird beider Bearbeitung von Gipsarten derKlassen 1 bis 4 ein hoher Abtrag beisehr glatten Oberflächen erreicht.Zusätzlich verhindert der Querhiebeinen Kantenausbruch und eignetsich deshalb auch optimal für dieHerstellung von Schaumodellen.

Um auch in Bereichen arbeiten zukönnen, für die der große Gipsfräsernicht vorgesehen war, wurde einneuer grazilerer Fräser, HF079GE-045, mit gleicher Verzahnung ent-wickelt. Mit diesem Fräser lassensich z. B. die Umschlagfalte undLippenbändchen perfekt aus demGipsmodell herausarbeiten, ohnedass Kantenausbrüche entstehen.

The coarse cross-cut with additionalcross blades ensures high removalwith a very smooth surface whenpreparing Class 1 to 4 dental stones.The cross blades also prevent edgefracturing, which also makes theinstrument ideal for fabricating studymodels.

A new more slimline cutter, HF079GE-045, with the same cross cut has beendeveloped for also allowing prepara-tion in areas that are unsuitable forlarge plaster cutters. This cutter canbe used for perfect trimming ofmucobuccal folds and labial frenumsfrom stone models without fracturingthe edges.

Mecanizado de escayola

Gracias al dentado cruzado gruesocon corte transversal adicional seconsigue una alta remoción de esca-yolas de las clases 1 a 4 y unassuperficies muy lisas. Además, elcorte transversal evita la rotura delos bordes y, por tanto, está indica-do también para la elaboración demodelos de exposición.

Para poder trabajar también enaquellas zonas para las que no esta-ba prevista la fresa grande paraescayola se ha desarrollado unanueva fresa más fina con la mismadentadura, la HF079GE-045. Con ellaes posible, p. ej., labrar perfecta-mente el pliegue y el frenillo labialen el modelo de escayola sin que serompan los bordes.

Nella lavorazione di gessi delle classida 1 a 4, la dentatura incrociata gros-sa con in più il taglio trasversale per-mette un’elevata asportazione dimateriale e lascia nel contemposuperfici molto lisce. Per poter lavorare anche in aree per lequali la fresa da gesso grande non èindicata, è stata sviluppata un nuovafresa sottile, la HF079GE-045, dotatadella stessa dentatura. Con questafresa è possibile preparare perfetta-mente sul modello in gesso ad esem-pio fornice vestibolare e frenulo labialesenza provocare rotture dei margini.

Por norma, para repasar los materia-les acrílicos para ortodoncia polime-rizados en la olla a presión se reco-mienda usar las fresas de laboratorioNTI Millennium Cutter con dentadocruzado CE.

La extrema dureza superficial de3.600 HV asegura una larga durabili-dad y una alta rentabilidad. Ademásse evita la rotura de los bordesdurante el mecanizado de los acríli-cos.

Gracias a un proceso especial defabricación, las fresas poseen unaalta suavidad de marcha. Esto per-mite trabajar sin que la muñeca secanse y sin dolor en la articulación.

Las zonas de acceso difícil o compli-cado se pueden trabajar perfecta-mente con las formas MC138CE-016,MC257CE-023, MC293CE-023,MC295CE-023 y MC261CE-023.

Para un acabado eficaz del acrílicose emplea el dentado FE.
