Greenhouse sprinkler systems are typically designed using closely spaced “strips” of sprinklers. By designing with these “strips” laid out side by side, large areas can be covered very uniformly.

Drop Tube AssemblyConnects Spinnet sprinkler head to poly. Length determines height above crop. Features a weight which stabilizes the sprinkler.

Polyethylene TubingWhite for lower temperatures and higher light levels in the greenhouse. UV and acid resistant. Typically pre-punched in our facility to match the sprinkler spacing.

Valve ControllerNever miss a watering cycle again. Programmable start times and run times. Essential for frequent short watering cycles. Controls 24VAC solenoid valves.

Head Control ComponentsThe heart of every Spinnet system. Valve provides on-off control, filter prevents sprinkler orifice from plugging and pressure regulator maintains 35psi at the sprinkler.

Aircraft CableProvides support for poly tubing lateral in greenhouses without an existing suspension system. Non-corrosive, flexible and strong.

Bar StrapsQuick and tidy method to secure polyethylene lateral to aircraft cable. Should be installed at a minimum interval of 18”. A 7” long bar strap is required for a 3/4” tube.

Leak Prevention Device (LPD)Keeps the poly lateral full of water and under pressure. This enables all sprinklers to instantaneously turn on and off , and prevents lateral from draining at it’s lowest point.

Spinnet Sprinker HeadDetermines flow, wetted diameter, and trajectory. Features a bridge-less drip-proof design that is unrivaled in its uniformity.
