3월 20일 일산 KINTEX에서 개막한 국내 최대 규모의 국제물산업박람회 “2018 WATER KOREA”가 3월 23일 성황리에 막을 내렸습니다.

이번 행사에는 국내외 유수의 상하수도 관련 기업과 기관 등 169개 605부스 규모로 지난해보다 대폭 증가한 규모로 개최되었습니다.

전시회 뿐만 아니라 국내 세미나 및 국제 포럼을 개최하여 상하수도 정보 교류의 장을 마련하였으며, 상하수도인 체육행사 등 다양한 연계행사를

진행하여 관계자들의 참여가 어느때보다도 다양했던 행사가 되었습니다.

The ''2018 WATER KOREA'', Korea’s largest international water industry exposition, opened in KINTEX, Goyang city on March 20th, was ended on March 23th with great success. The event was held in size of 605 booths from 169 leading domestic and overseas water industry related companies and institutions.In addition to the exhibition, the venue of waterworks information exchange by holding domestic seminars and international forums was prepared, and it became an event with variety of participation of concerned participants with various linked events like sports event of waterworks people.

Korea’s biggest “Water Industry Festival”, was ended with great success

In this event held in size of a total of 605 booths from 169 companies, a total of 17,461 persons visited.The National Water Industry Cluster Special Hall, which is under construction in Daegu Metropolitan City this year, was organized to introduce and promote its major roles and functions.During the exhibition, we operated the Best Product Award selected by members in order to induce participation of employee in waterworks and provide opportunities to promote their products.

총 169개사 605부스 규모로 개최된 이번 행사에는 총 17,461명이 행사장을 방문하였습니다.

올해는 특히 대구광역시에 건설 중인 국가 물산업 클러스터 특별관을 조성하여 주요 역할 및 기능을 소개하고 홍보하였습니다.

전시기간 동안 상하수도분야 종사자들의 전시회 참가 유도 및 제품 홍보기회를 제공하고자 회원선정 우수제품상을 운영하였습니다.

We invited approximately 100 people from 14 countries including USA, China, Vietnam and Australia to hold various international conferences and seminars. We organized a sewage seminar jointly with ADB to spread Korea's excellence policies and technologies, and also provided the companies hoping to enter the Chinese and Vietnamese markets with opportunities for network construction and information exchange through the Korea-China Water Forum and Korea-Vietnam Technology Seminar.

We held various conferences and seminars to promote the development of domestic waterworks. Nationwide local governments and waterworks operators participated in waterworks research presentation, drinking water quality improvement presentation, including waterworks work improvement cases presentation which shares excellent cases of work improvement of domestic waterworks operators. Such domestic event held during the 2018 WATER KOREA period through various conferences and seminars became a venue for exchange for increase of waterworks technology and raising of service.
