• 少人数の団体旅行、個人旅行、FITを扱うインバウンドツアーオペレーターです。Oku Japan operates small-group guided, self-guided and custom tours around Japan. Our main office is in Kyoto, and some of our sales staff are based in the UK.
• 日本の自然や街並み、人々を紹介し、あまりガイドブックに載らない場所の魅力を伝えていきます。Our mission is to introduce visitors to Japan to the beautiful scenery, delightful towns and villages, and above-all the lovely people. Our tours travel both to the famous sites, but also to the lesser-known places that have not made it into the guidebooks.
• 私たちは、旅を通じて過疎化が進む農村のコミュニティ支援に取り組みたいと考えています。We believe in travel having a positive impact on both the traveler and the local people. We want to contribute positively to the rural villages, many of which faced decades of decline and depopulation as younger people moved away to the cities.

• 2015年、熊野古道中辺路の中間地点である近露集落の古民家を改修し、支店をオープンしました。In 2015, Oku Japan opened a branch office in the village of Chikatsuyu, right on the route of the Kumano Kodo trail. The office is a wonderful traditional wooden building.
• 支店では主に熊野古道を訪れる旅人のサポートを行っています。旅行者と集落の人たちとの交流の場にしたいと願っています。Our local staff support guests if they need assistance on the trail. We hope visitors and villagers will find our branch a congenial space to meet and share their experiences.
