Design & CriatividadeVon Stamm (2003, p.17) defende que: “Design is a conscious decision-making process by which information (an idea) is transformed into an outcome, be it tangible (product) or intangible (service).”

“a profession that is concerned with the creation of products, systems, communi-cations and services that satisfy human needs, improve people’s life and do all of this with respect for the welfare of the natural environment”

Segundo Buchanan (1992, p.19)
“The history of design is not merely a history of objects. It is a history of the changing views of subject matter held by designers and the concrete objects conceived, planned, and produced as expressions of those views.”

Espiral do conhecimento
DesignThinking
Inovar

Involves the entire project team, service blueprinting allows organizations to clarify competitive positioning by facilitating the com-parison of the desired service and actual ser-vice, or company and competitor processes. Mapping dual processes for the identification of key service quality gaps is a highly useful application of blueprinting.
