遠紅外線的定義

遠紅外線和光一樣是電磁波的一種,一般我們將波長介於 4~1000 微米的射線稱為遠紅外線,而我們肉眼可以看到的可見光波長則介於 0.4~0.7 微米,因此遠紅外線其實是肉眼看不到的。遠紅外線的應用最早起源於日本,經多年的醫學研究及臨床實驗,普遍認為 4~14微米的遠紅外線與人體

波長相近,容易與人體

Definition of Far InfraredFar infrared is one kind of electromagnetic (EM) wave like visible light. Generally, EM wave with wavelength between 4 and 1000 microns are called far infrared ray (FIR). Wavelength of Visible light is between 0.4 to 0.7 microns, thus the far infrared cannot be seen by our naked eyes. The application of far infrared was firstly developed in Japan. After years of medical research and clinical trials, it is generally acknowledged that the wavelength of far infrared is similar to the resonance of human body (4~14microns). Thus it will penetrate deeply into the skin about 2 to 4 cm. Besides, its heating effect can increase the blood circulation and activate cells. Water content of our body is about 65 to 70% within the biological tissue is about 60 ~ 95%, resonant wavelength of water is about 8 to 10 microns which also belongs to the far infrared range.

人類自古以來都認為多曬太陽是有益健康的,其實重要的原因之一就是因為陽光中有最適

合人體吸收利用的遠紅外線,可以活化我們身體機能,達到各種的保健效果。但是由於人

類工業化的發展,地表的空氣受到了汙染,這些汙染包含空氣中的二氧化碳、水蒸氣、塵

埃等都會吸收遠紅外線,造成

Advantage of Far InfraredThe sunlight was considered healthy since ancient times, one of the important reasons is because the sunlight contains far infrared. The FIR can activate the function of our body to achieve variety of health effects. However, due to the development of human industrialization, our atmosphere contains many pollutants like carbon dioxide, dust, etc. These pollutants will greatly absorb the far infrared, causing the benefits of the sunlight disappear. Now people are unable to effectively and fully receive the blessings of nature, so we must seek for more direct, more convenient and more secure far infrared sources. (Another concern is that we will also receive destructive cosmic rays such as ultraviolet, γ-rays and x-rays while having the sunlight, and because of the air pollution, the far infrared received on earth is too low in both quality and quantity). Most of the FIR is absorbed by the atmosphere, only small percentage

can really reach us.

遠紅外線的作用機制

1. 提高身體的含氧量

人體含水率約 70%,血液的含水率更高達 80%。若血氧不足,血液中的水分子便集結成惰性水 (即 5、10、15⋯H2O集結成分子「團」),不能通過細胞膜。遠紅外線能使水分子產生共振,變成獨立水分子 (即單個H2O),提高身體的含氧量,細胞因而能恢復活力,精神更暢旺、頭腦更靈活,進而能提高抗病能力,延緩衰老。

2. 改善微循環系統

經遠紅外線照射後產生的獨立水分子可自由出入細胞之

間,再透過共振,轉化為熱能,令皮下深層的溫度微升,

血流速度加快,微血管擴張;微血管開放愈多,心臟的

壓力便可減少,微血管的功能是對人體 60兆個細胞供應氧氣和營養,同時將新陳代謝產生

的廢物排出體外。若微循環系統出現毛病,會導致多種疾病,包括高血壓、心血管疾病、

腫瘤、關節炎、四肢冰冷麻痺等。成年人微血管總長度可圍繞地球三週,被稱為人體的第

二個心臟,可見其重要。

Mechanism of Far Infrared

1. Increase Oxygen Content of Our Body

The water content is about 70% in our body and 80% in our blood. While the oxygen is insufficient, the water molecule in the blood will assemble into group water (5 or10 H2O molecules assembled into a "group"), and these “water group” shall not be able to go through the cell membrane. Far infrared can make the water molecules resonance and become independent water molecules (single H2O), which will increase the oxygen content in our body, restore the vitality of the cells and enhance our capability to against disease and aging.

2. Improve Micro Circulation System

Independent water molecules can travel freely between cells, and the resonance of water by FIR, the energy will be converted into heat, therefore the skin temperature will be raised, and the blood flood circulated faster. While the micro circulation working in good condition, our heart can operate more easily without stress. The functions of our microvascular are to supply the oxygen and nutrient and to excrete the waste generated in our 60 trillion body cells, if any problem occurred in our micro-circulatory system, variety of diseases will appear. These diseases include hypertension, cardiovascular disease, cancer, arthritis, and cold or paralysis of limbs. 3、減輕痠痛或疼痛 - 常見的痠痛分成兩大類

(1) 運動後的肌肉或筋骨急性痠痛

運動時身體會分解醣類作為能量來源,當激烈運動時,循環系統無

法供應足夠的氧氣,此時醣類會進行無氧分解,同時產生乳酸,

由於此時循環系統忙於供應氧氣,乳酸無法排除而在局部堆積造成

痠痛。使用遠紅外線可在運動前先照射容易痠痛的部位提高循環能

力,以預防乳酸的產生,也可在運動後提高循環能力來加速乳酸的

排除,減少痠痛的產生。

(2) 長時間姿勢不良、運動傷害或過度使用造成的慢性痠痛

多是因為長期的肌肉及韌帶的損傷,造成局部循環系統運行不順

而產生痠痛,症狀以「痛」為主,常會有局部壓痛點,或因某個

動作而更痛;其次是因年老體衰、勞動過度、房事過度或是生產

後,導致整體循環能力下降而造成的腰背酸痛,主要症狀是不堪

久站、久坐,走不久,症狀以「酸」為主,勞累則症狀明顯加

重。這些都可使用遠紅外線來改善,因為遠紅外線可以促進血液

循環,改善因為循環運行不順或能力下降而造成的酸痛。

3. Relief Soreness or Pain: Common pain can divided into two

categories:

(1)Muscles or bones ligament pain after exercise

Carbohydrates is the energy source while exercising. When we are doing serious exercise, our circulation system will not be able to supply enough oxygen, therefore, the carbohydrates will decompose anaerobically to generate energy and lactic acid simultaneously. Since our circulation system is busy supplying oxygen, the lactic acid will be accumulated and therefore cause pain. FIR can either improve our circulation to prevent accumulation of lactic acid before exercise, or raise the circulation to remove the lactic acid after exercise.

(2)Pain caused by long term of wrong posture, overuse or sports injuries

These are mostly through damage of muscle and ligament, and resulted unsmooth partial circulation. The main symptoms are "pain" based, often expressed with specific pain point, or more pain through some wrong posture. Meanwhile, aging, overwork, excessive sex or after pregnant will cause an overall decline of our circulation speed. The main symptoms are "sore" based, like unbearable for long standing, sitting or walking, and fatigue will make it worse. FIR can significantly accelerate our circulation, and improve the above symptoms which resulted from unsmooth or decline of our circulation.

4. 改善泌尿及生殖系統

常見女性的經痛及男性的攝護腺肥大都可以使用

遠紅外線來改善症狀。

經痛 :

女性月經時體內會分泌前列腺素促進子宮收縮以

排出內膜,當前列腺素分泌過多時會造成子宮收

縮過度而形成經痛,使用遠紅外線熱敷局部,可

以舒緩子宮肌肉收縮,降低經痛造成的不適。

攝護腺肥大 :

多數男性到了中年時,攝護腺中央部位會再次快

速生長,而這個部位 正好包圍著尿道,當它的增大時通常會壓迫到尿道,妨礙尿流,造成頻尿、

夜尿、尿急、排尿困難等症狀。遠紅外線熱敷局

部可以抑制攝護腺和膀胱頸平滑肌收縮,達到減

4. Improve urinary and reproductive systems

Common menstrual pain of women and prostate hypertrophy of men can both be improved by far infrared.

Menstrual pain:

During menstrual period, female body will secrete prostaglandins to promote uterine to contract to expel the endometrium. Excessive secretion of prostaglandins may cause the uterine contract too much and result in menstrual pain. The FIR can warm deeply and soothe the uterine muscle to reduce discomfort caused by menstrual pain.

Prostate Hypertrophy:

Most men will encounter the issue of growth of the central prostate after they go into middle age. This section of prostate is surrounding the urethra, when it grows bigger will give pressure to the urethra, and result in frequent urinary, nocturia, urgency, and difficulty urinating. Far infrared can partially suppress the smooth muscle of prostate and bladder, and reduce obstruction. 提升的自體免疫力所克制。

According to some medical literatures, the cancer cells have lower heat resistance compared to the normal cells, they will be greatly eliminated when heated higher than 42℃ , but normal cells won’t. while FIR been absorbed by our body, normal cells will be activated by the resonance effect, but the cancer cells will be “cooked” by heat and killed by our enhanced immune system.

8.Prolong the Lifetime of Fistula of Uremic Patients

遠紅外線一般被定義為波長介於 4~1000 微米之電磁波,其中 4~14 微米之波段與生物體生長發育息息相關,因此也被稱為『生育光線』,亦為遠紅外線療法

有效的波段。遠紅外線與人體細胞或組織作用機制,

在臨床上的應用與療效主要是利用遠紅外線的熱效應

及非熱效應。

所謂熱效應及非熱效應是生物體內之分子吸收遠紅外

線後,可能發生振動躍遷及轉動躍遷,進而產生熱能。

遠紅外線療法與人體最主要作用機制是透過體內分子

對於遠紅外線之共振吸收後產生之上述二種效應達到

醫療的目的。

臨床上遠紅外線的應用範圍包括:傷口止痛癒合、高

Far Infrared Applications on MedicineFar-infrared is generally defined as an electromagnetic wave which wavelength is between 4 to 1000 microns. And since its wavelength are closely related to the organism growth (4~14 microns), the FIR is so called "Birth Light". The mechanism of far infrared effect on human cells can be divided into thermal effect and non-thermal effect clinically. 遠紅外線材料

雖然市面上的遠紅外線產品琳瑯滿目,但是其遠紅外線原

料可分為兩大類:

(1)由天然採集的原料中篩選出具有遠紅外線放射能量的物

質 (如 :鹽晶、水晶 )天然礦石中通常含有一些放射性物質,若在不知情的情況下長期使用於人體,可能會

Far Infrared MaterialsAlthough there are many FIR products available in the market, we can devided them into two categories from its original material:

(1)Selecting from natural raw materials with far infrared radiation (such as: salt crystal, crystal)

Natural ores without processing usually contain some radioactive material. Thus, long-time use without protection may cause infertility, disease and other problems. So pay special attention while use such products.

(2)Artificial material made through high temperature treatment (such as: charcoal)
