A.6.4.2 Halogenated substances 鹵化物質管制

Requirement: 1. Plastic parts > 25g shall not contain F.R.( Flame retardant:阻燃劑 ) or plasticizers that contain bromine or chlorine大於25公克的塑膠零件不可含有氯系及溴系之阻燃劑

2. FPD shall not contain PBB & PBDE平面液晶顯示器不可含有0.1%多溴聯苯與多溴二苯醚( Follow RoHS )

Requirement: Flame Retardants(阻燃劑) used in plastic parts > 25gshould not used :1. R45 (may cause cancer)2. R46 (may cause heritable genetic damage)3. R50 (very toxic to aquatic organism)4. R51 (toxic to aquatic organisms)5. R52 (harmful to aquatic organisms)6. R53 (may cause long-term adverse effects in the

aquatic environment) 對水生生物有害7. R60 (may impair fertility)8. R61 (may cause harm to the unborn child)

Requirement: Plastic > 25g shall not contain chlorine or bromine as a part of the polymer大於25公克的塑膠零件不得含有氯系及溴系聚合物

Requirement: 1. Plastic parts > 25g by weight shall be submitted2. F.R( Flame retardant:阻燃劑 ) > 1% shall be submitted針對25公克以上的塑膠零件及含有重量1％以上的阻燃劑皆須列表

Requirement: The Brand owner(品牌業者) should provide:

1. A product warranty for a period of at least 1 year品牌業者需保證產品使用保固最少一年

2. guarantee of spare parts for 3 years from the timethat production ceases品牌業者需保證產品備用零件即使在停產的狀況下還可提供消費者更換零件最少三年

Requirement: Disassembly report shall be submit面板必須附上燈管拆解報告，每個步驟以英文詳列拍照說明拆解步驟，拆解到不可拆解為止，並且不致傷害燈管

Requirement: The Brand owner(品牌業者)Prohibiting hazards substances in packaging shall not contain :Pb, Cd, Hg, or Cr6+ Organically bound halogens品牌業者需保證產品包裝材除了不能使用有害物質

鉛、鉻、汞及六價鉻外，

還包括了鹵素物質（氟氯溴碘等有機化合物）

Requirement: The Brand owner(品牌業者)Package separation process > 25g shall be able to be separate into single material types without the use of tools品牌業者需保證產品包裝材必須為易拆開(可回收材質除外,如: 紙箱)
