Course Outline1. Course Objective

- Based on the RF and Microwave Fundamental theoryy- We are going to study Passive and Active Component of CMOS Technology

and learn how to design and optimize high speed and RF circuits- By using these, We will design LNA, MIXER, Power amplifier and VCO- Heterodyne, Direct conversion transceiver architectures will be dealt with - Finally, You have to understand the RF system integration, There is several problem and variable to tackle for successful operation in real world
