Our programmes work in isola1on or duality: We offer similar tools to all individuals for personal growth and add in business
tools when there is a business context or applica?on. You can join an open programme and just focus on YOU, or add in business skills and applica?on. Or you can book a
closed programme for just YOUR Company.

Levels: We offer two levels of each type of Senior Leadership programme: Intermediate and Advanced. We assess where you are.
Two profiles: Working with you we develop a detailed Business and Competency profile to determine both what the business needs and role needs are, now and in the next 3 years,
Our aim: is for you to develop a deep and las?ng organisa?onal capability that spans human and business capability in equal measure.
Levels: We offer four types of personal development course. Two types of personal or natural growth and two types of personal leadership growth. On the la1er type, we assess where you are to ensure you get the most from the course.
