acrylic sheets. Since then, the company became the most developed and the leader Turkish supplier in acrylic sheet market. Birleşik Akrilik Sanayi (BAS), satisfied the

needs with its renowned brands BAS CAST, BAS SURFACES and BAS EXTRUDED. BAS provides solutions in commercial, marketing, design and construction sectors in Turkey since beginning. The company also chased the involvements in global phase and created the acrylic solid surface brand which is called ‘BAS SURFACES’ to fulfill the need for solid surface material in bathroom, kitchen and luxury interior design markets. BAS started to produce extruded PMMA and solid polycarbonate sheets with the brand new OMIPA Extrusion Line in the new BAS facility in Düzce under the name of BAS EXTRUDED. BAS EXTRUDED PMMA and solid PC sheets provides 205 cm of width and 2-20 mm of thickness. Birleşik Akrilik Sanayi, produces acrylic sheets for international market and exports products for decades. The production has been moved to the city of Düzce in 2012 from Kağıthane, İstanbul to be able to increase the production capacity. Birleşik Akrilik Sanayi produces 750,000 kg of PMMA cast acrylic; 400,000 kg of extruded PMMA and solid PC; 250,000 kg of BAS SURFACES 100% acrylic solid surface sheets every month.

BAS is working in conformity with ISO code 14001, ISO code 9001 and CE certified standards.
