會員小知識：不少新會員常問：「在哪裡找到一本書的分類號碼？」

其實香港公共圖書館的館藏書籍，都在書脊下方貼有一個白色的標貼，印在標貼上的數字或

英文字便是它的分類號碼，找到分類號碼後，便可把已閱讀書籍的資料填寫到會員記錄冊上了！

提提你：上年度 (1.7.2005-30.6.2006) 的嘉許狀已為你們預備好，凡閱讀了一本或以上書籍的會員，

均可獲發嘉許狀。由即日起至 2006 年 12 月 31 日止，你可攜同會員證前往所屬會籍的圖書

館領取證書。請注意，逾期未往領取將不會獲補發證書。

New members frequently asked, 'Where can I find the classification number ('class no') of a book?'In fact, there is a white label at the bottom of a book's spine, the 'class no' is printed on that white label. You can fill the information of the books in the record book!

To remind you,

The commendation certificate for the period (1.7.2005-30.6.2006) is available for your collection. Members who have read one book or more during this period will be awarded a certificate of commendation. Please bring along your membership card and go to the library where you registered to collect your certificate from now to 31 Dec 2006. Certificate will not be re-issued if you missed the collection period.
