1.• We first

opened up adobe premier pro.

• We then clicked open project. This is because we wanted to get our video on there.

• Then a box appear and we then had to go and search for our video.

4.• We then got

all our video that we needed. We then needed to change the setting so we can then get started on our editing.

• We then had to add a title. We did this by pressing the “Ctrl” and “T” button to then this text box will appear. We then pressed “Ok” so we can do our title

• Once we’ve opened out text box we then added some text of the title of our documentary. We then made the text bigger by pressing the button. We then changed the colour & the font and then once we were done we click the “x” button and the text appear on our screens.

8. • We then wanted to make the shot of our title longer so we clicked on it and drag it along the screen.

• We then decided to put some audio on we then pressed file at the top left corner and then import. This will take us to choose our song.

• We then got to the song we wanted which was Lady Gaga telephone. We then dragged it into the audio part.

11.• We then started to add our camera shots. When we wanted a certain part

of a cutaway we would then put a bracket between the part we wanted. We would then click on the screen and drag it to the video bit. When we did our cutaways we would drag the video part of our cutaways and then find a clip of the interviewee and drag the audio part and place it into audio 1. This then allowed us to have a voice over the cutaway.

• We then needed to match our audio & cutaways together. We did this by lining then up together by using the red arrow. When dragging our cutaway down we would only press the video part. This make sure that no sound is coming through and you can hear our voice over clearly.

• We then carried on editing our video by putting our cutaways, interviews and audio on there.

• We then needed to tone down audio 3 as it is a lot louder than audio 1 and we need audio 1 to be heard more. So what we did was clicked on the left and on the effects and drag the fill left into audio 1. This then makes the audio louder.

• We then added an effect on the audio where it would fade out at the end. We then decided to do credits. We did this by using the text tool of “Ctrl” and “T” and added our text on their. We then added an effect to make the credits roll up.

• We then finish the documentary by adding graphics. We then did this by moving the red arrow to the screen would want the graphics to be on and then press “Ctrl” and “T” and added our graphics. We changed the colours, font and size to make it stand out. We then added a effect of a dissolve to make the graphics come on nicely.
