A copy of a lawsuit filed Wednesday, June 1, 2011, by poker professional Phil Ivey against Tiltware, LLC, a California company with ties to online poker operator Full Tilt Poker. Ivey announced the suit Tuesday in a statement saying he'd skip the World Series of Poker in protest of Full Tilt not promptly returning player funds amid legal troubles in the United States. The complaint was obtained Wednesday by the Associated Press from Clark County District Court in Las Vegas.TRANSCRIPT
