Rules and Regula�on 比賽規則及比賽章程 比賽拍攝規定： 1. 參賽者須依照參賽組別之曲目要求和時限，拍攝影片。影片需清晰顯示參賽者樣貌和樂器。 2. 拍攝所使用工具不限。 3. 參賽者表演之前讀出自己的名字。 4. 參賽者沒有背譜的限制，不受伴奏限制。 5. 拍攝地點不限。 6. 參賽者請確保影片和收音質素。 7. 大會不接受曾編輯／剪接過的影片。 8. 賽果會於 8 月 31 日或之前通過 WhatsApp 或電郵通知。所有奬項將郵寄給各參加者。 9. 請各參加者於 2020 年 8 月 20 日下午 6 時或之前提交比賽影片。 10. 截止日期 2020 年 8 月 13 日，以郵戳日期為準。 請確保信件郵資充足，如有郵資不足情況，本會將收取每郵件$50 手續及行政費。 11. 比賽結束後進行頒獎，冠、亞、季軍、金、銀、銅獎可獲獎杯乙個；優異獎可獲奬牌乙個。每位參賽者均可獲得嘉許證書。得奬者可另外申請奬杯作為學校存放用途。 12. 如出現同分，每一組獎項便會多於一個。例如: 參賽者 A 和參賽者 B 一起獲得 100 分的話，參賽者 A 和 B 會一同獲得冠軍。 13. 樂器會個別進行比賽，例如: [長笛 英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目組 1 級] 為一組; [雙簧管 英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目組 1 級] 為一組。 14. 比賽結果以本機構評判之決定為最終依歸，任何人不得異議否則將被取消資格。主辦機構擁有本比賽所有安排的最終決定權。 15. 所有被主辦機構收取的個人資料將予保密。本機構保留權利可將比賽或得獎者資料、相片或作品用於與本比賽有關的推廣活動，包括但不限於刊物、新聞發佈及網站上。 16. 請詳閱比賽規則及比賽章程；一經報名，參賽者或家長即表示同意並遵守比賽章程及大會之安排。任何情況下，報名費繳交後將不獲退還。 本人已仔細閱讀並了解比賽規則及比賽章程，並願意無條件遵守有關規定及接受評委會一切決定。
