CONCEPT:-INTRODUCE THE IDEA OF WORK/ LIVE/ PLAY INTO SINGLE COMMUNITY BLOCK; PROMOTING CARPOOL AND PUBLIC TRANSIT.-IMPLEMENT TECHNOLOGIES TO UTILIZE SOLAR AND WIND POWER; CREATING THEIR OWN ENERGY, HEATING, AND COOLING.-APPLY STRATEGIES FOR RECYCLING OF WATER, AND REUSEABLE MATERIALS; LIMITING WASTE AND MISUSAGE.-ESTABLISH SUSTAINABLE IDEAS WITHIN COMMUNITY BY ALLOWING RESIDENTS TO GROW AND SELL THEIR OWN FOOD ON SITE. -CREATE SERIES OF BUIDLINGS AND PUBLIC SPACES TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND COMMUNAL RELATIONS.

CONCEPT:-ESTABLISH A MODULAR SYSTEM OF MEMBERS THAT ARE DERIVED FROM THE SAME GEOMETRIC LANGUAGE, BUT CAN BE MANIPULATED TO CREATE DIFFERENT QUALITIES OF SPACE, AND SERVE REQUIRED FUNCTIONS.-CREATE A CONTINUOUS LOOP OF CIRCULATION IN ORDER FOR THE MODELS TO HAVE SEAMLESS MOVEMENT BETWEEN WARDROBE CHANGES; ENHANCE THE AUDIENCE VIEWING EXPIERENCE BY CREATING MOMENTS OF ANTICIPATION, EXCITMENT, AND SUSPENSE.-ENGAGE WITH THE EXTERIOR BY USING THE INTERIOR CIRCULATION TO INTERUPT THE EXISTING EXTERIOR PATHWAY.
