Our History

•  VHA commenced in 1938

•  Clifford Hallam PharmaceuBcals (CHP) 1973

•  In 1997 VHA became Hospital Supplies Australia (HSA) and implement JDE One World in 2000

•  In 2001 API purchased HSA

•  In 2005 backed by Private Equity, CHP was merged with HSA and Clifford Hallam Healthcare was formed aka CH2

•  2008 CH2 purchased Co_man Australia

•  2010 CH2 acquired Intouch
