Jeju, Korea

Welcome MessageIt is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 23rd Opto-Electronics

and Communications Conference (OECC2018) hosted by the Optical

Society of Korea. It will be held at ICC Jeju in Jeju island, Korea, from

July 2 to 6, 2018.

OECC is one of the foremost international conferences held annually

in the Asia-Pacific region for researchers working in the areas of

optoelectronics and optical communications. It is an excellent

international forum for presentation and discussion of progresses in

research, development, and application of these areas. We sincerely

hope you can participate in OECC2018, have valuable technical

discussions, and make friends with many researchers from all over the

world.

Jeju island is a beautiful island located off the south coast of Korea

and provides world-class resort areas with easy access. It has a mild

subtropical climate, allows visa-free entry for 180 countries, and is

designated as UNESCO World Nature Heritage. The conference venue

is equipped with modern facilities and commands a gorgeous view of

the coast of Jeju island. We look forward to seeing you in Jeju Island.
