Такая автоматическая синхронизация позволяет всегда знать статус дефектов. Например, если задача в JIRA решена, то JIRA Bridge позволяет сообщать QA команде через HP QC об этом и что им надо провести повторное тестирование и закрытие дефекта.JIRA Bridge предоставляет критическую информацию команде разработчиков о появлении нового дефекта во время тестирования. Эта информация также может включать информацию об окружении, действия по его воспроизведению, что произошло, и даже снимки экрана или видео, чтобы проиллюстрировать команде разработчиков, что произошло и как это произошло.

• The Connector - Microsoft Project to Atlassian JIRA Integration– The Connector is a Microsoft Project extension plug-in that will allow connection directly

from Microsoft Project to Atlassian JIRA. Create a project plan using Microsoft Project and directly import tasks from JIRA. Use JIRA for task management and quickly and easily sync between the two systems. The Connector provides direct integration with Microsoft Project creating a JIRA toolbar right in Project. These are the basic task fields supported for most systems:

– Task Summary, Task description

– Percent complete, Time estimate (hours)

JazzConnect-JIRA

JazzConnect–JIRA, is an application that provides plug-in based support to the automation of work items between Jazz-based applications such as Rational Team Concert, Rational Quality Manager and Atlassian JIRA.

Active Directory Integration

• Get selected user's attributes from Active Directory server and use it in JIRA, present it on User Profile page or custom field– Use many

configurations to synchronize

– Present attributes on issue using custom field

– Present attributes in user profile page.

• Plugin Active Directory Integration allows to synchronize with Active Directory Servers to get selected attributes for users. You can get user's picture and put it into user's avatar for all users. You can integrate with many servers using different configurations and the same user can exist in more than one server's database. The information can be presented in User Profile page and on custom field for assignee, reporter, current user or for any selected user. You can use in JIRA reference from Active Directory for example you can get user's manager or supervisor and add postfunction to change assignee to him on workflow transition. You can create options in custom field of select type from values in Active Directory. Synchronization can be run manually or you can add service to automaticly synchronize with server in time defined in CRON expression. JQL function searchFromAD allows to find issue for attributes from Active Directory server of assignee or reporter.
