Zhoushan IMC-YY Shipyard & Engineering Co., Ltd. is one of the largest Sino-foreign joint shipyards in China, set up by IMC Singapore and Zhoushan Yongyue Shipmanage-ment Co., Ltd.,located at Zhoushan, near to Shanghai Yangshan port,about 2 days’ sail from Korea and Japan, IMC-YY shipyard is the most convenient repair station in Far East region.

With a coordinate at Long 122°16’22’’E Lat 29°56’33’’N and an area of 457,000㎡ including 1900m of sea front, shipyard enjoys a pleasant climate with an average temperature of 16℃ and the most ideal weather condi-tions for ship repairing and other engineering.

Conversion of Helicopter Carrier

In 2014, we have undertaken the Helicopter Carrier conversion project from a multipurpose ship, containing the first large helicopter deck modification in domestic. The helicopter deck area of 2300 m2 has been modified，a new crane of 80T has been installed, three floors of living areas,internal outfittings and facilities have been new added, including cinema room, gym room, large conference room and multimedia control room, etc.

Sea-damage Vessel Repair Project

On 14 Dec. 2011, MV. JADE arrived at IMC-YY with four huge float Pontoons, the whole engine room remained underwater, the aft. bottom & port side were badly distorted. The vessel lost power because the whole shafting system, steering gear system and reduction gearbox scrapped in the sea damage accident.This is a challenge to conduct such tough sea-damage repair project which involved so many different majors on machinery, electrical, and steel renewal works. IMC-YY people well planned the project and worked very hard to get through the testing successfully.Finally, the good vessel MV JADE is back in service again. Crude oil tanker and chemical tanker are the main types of our service, we are very professional in tank coating，cargo system, inert

gas system, tank cleaning system, piping，ballast and cargo pumps and routine repairs including main and auxiliary engine,boiler,all kinds of motors, automation system, mooring system , cranes and so on.

19 Dec. 2017, IMC-YY completed the repair of the Luxury cruise ship OCEAN DREAM two days ahead of schedule with marvelous accomplishment. Over 300 items were completed in 19 days. Thus, IMC-YY started the Cruise Dream on Ocean Dream and marked solid accomplish-ment in chartering a new road to high-end ship repair in the world.
