We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the generous donation of time, talent and treasure by so many volunteers on the occasion of the bereavement reception for the family and friends of Albert Semrau. Please continue to pray for the repose of his soul and the consolation of his family. May God continue to richly bless you!
There will be a Holy Hour of Reparation on June 19th at 8:00pm. This will continue every month on the third Wed.
The next Mass for the Victims of Clerical Sexual Abuse will be on June 26th at 8:00pm at SJB. This will continue every month on the last Wednesday.

There are envelopes for our now available on the Organ and in
the Parish Office. The envelopes will be placed in the Sanctuary near the Tabernacle from Sunday, June 16th - Monday, June 24th. Envelopes must be returned to the Parish Office by Thursday, June 13th.
Solemnity of the Most Holy Body & Blood of Christ with the Procession of Corpus Christi
The Procession will take place on Sunday, June 23rd at 11:30am. Please gather at the S. Campus.
Rehearsal for Altar Servers, Canopy Bearers, Lectors, and Ushers for the procession will be on Saturday, June 22nd at 10:00am.
There are (4) Altars that need to be set up & decorated on Sunday, June 23rd from 9:00am-11:00am. Groups (consisting of 3 or more adults) who are interested in constructing these, need to contact Sister Laura as soon as possible for more information.
We are need of 3 English speaking lectors, 7 experienced Altar Servers, and at least 10 experienced Ushers to help with the Procession. Please contact Melanie Griffy if you are interested in participating.

Attention Class of 2019: This summer, the Associates of St. John Bosco will be hosting four College Nights throughout the Arlington Diocese for Graduates.
The dates and locations are as follows. 7:00pm-9:00pm June 19: St. Mark’s, Vienna. July 1 : All Saints, Manassas.
July 17: Basilica of St. Mary, Alexandria. July 24: St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Fredericksburg.

Memorial Scholarship is awarded by St John Bosco Parish and the KofC Council #9002 to a Catholic high school student
completing his or her senior year at any public high school, private school, or who has attended a home school
program. Applicants must be the children of registered parishioners of SJB Catholic Church. The applicant selected must best exemplify the ideals of
Columbianism, that is, a commitment of service to one’s church, family and community.
Applications must be submitted to the Parish Office no later than June 21st. If you are interested in applying for
this scholarship, the application form may be obtained from the parish office or from the parish website.

Outreach News Catholic Charities Mobile Response Van will be at Catholic Outreach in Woodstock on the Third Tuesday of the month—Tuesday, June 18th. They distribute items like cleaning products, diapers, and hygiene products. If you or something you know is in need please pass on this information.

Our Divine Mercy Cenacle meets on the 1st and 3rd Fridays in the Cry Room at 9:30am. Please feel free to join us for spiritual reflection and to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet. Our next meeting is Friday, June 7th.
