GENERAL INFORMATION AND TIPS

If you are attending the CDS Midwinter:

1. If you would like to meet with me to look at any equipment or merchandise, PLEASE try and set up a meeting time before the convention begins. Cell phone coverage is not ideal in the convention center and I want to give you my full and undivided attention.

2. I have included the names and booth numbers of the Manufacturer Representative’s. They are your local reps and are a great resource. Please USE THEM!

3. Be sure to bring a good amount of your business cards, stamps or stickers to use at the manufacturer’s booth when placing your orders. They will always ask for your office information and this will save time!

5. Check out www.cds.org if you have any questions regarding parking, hotels, schedule of speakers, etc…

If you are NOT attending the CDS Midwinter:

1. You can still receive the Convention Discounts on merchandise and small equipment by giving me your order before February 20, 2008.

2. If you would like to meet with any of the manufacturer representatives regarding any merchandise or equipment questions, please let me know and I will be happy to arrange a meeting.

1. The most important attraction in 2014 is the Brand New Benco Dental Booth #3434. We are excited about the new interactive environment that we have created for this show. Many Brands of pans with live demos, lasers, Milling and Digital impression units in the booth.

2. Please ask to speak with your local manufacturer representative while visiting their booths (their names are provided on the list). Ask him/her about the products mentioned or any other products of interest.

3. The final page of this packet is an order form. If you choose to buy something, either write it down on the order form and turn it into me, or have the manufacturer representative place the order through Benco Dental (you will receive the convention discount both ways). In addition, you may easily print your order from Painless or The Benco Dental Web Site too.

4. Enjoy yourself and please stop by Booth #3434 to say hello to me or if you have any questions.
