Abstract - Product development is connected to consumers preferences. To stay competitive, companies keep researching and developing to maintain market stability, Evaluating appropriate design factors and open up new products are the important processes for Dehumidifier design. We mark problems and variables to set the matrix by Morphological Analysis, apply target tree to find out main function and configuration and then Use FSM and STM to conduct components assignation for the design guidelines and goals. Rank scoring method filters the best concept to be the resolution. Establishing these procedures help design rationalization and reducing the blur area, promote successful development and satisfaction.

Abstract - This research is to the non-personal interpretative programs of the cultural promotion for the question and the strategy in Anping Harbor National Historical Park. First, the non-personal interpretative programs builds the situation, execute the level of acceptance and the attention test for the tourist. Selected Julius Mannich & CO., Seamounts Museum, Sio-house and Canal-Museum for questionnaires, quota sampling, Likert-Scale as measuring tool, altogether has 240 questionnaire, the effective questionnaire has 219, discovered 79% above tourists to agree non-personal interpretation is a cultural promotion. And also found that dont used to attention with content; Another, its a key finding to related tourists cognitive. Finally, explore to facing difficulties in cultural promotion with interviews toward the official and enterprise .This study are summarized which reading habits, the attractiveness of the non-personal interpretative programs tourists interesting and public are to the maintenance quality of the cultural promotion.

Abstract - This study selected 80 out of 750 finalists from design contest works of Tainan cultural creative action figures among national senior high schools as samples, Design concepts and the pictures of the works were used as data to be analyzed by Grounded Theory, which was coupled with NVivo 8 Quantitative analysis software for the relationships between the design works. The findings were summarized as follows. (1) the comprising factors of Tainan cultural action figure design by new generations; (2) preferred skills of rendition of the design of said figures; (3) skills of creation presentation of new generations; and (4) models of design of Tainan cultural action figures by new generations. These provide an understanding of the cultural elements that appeal to the new generations and the traits of their preferred designing, which is hoped to serve as reference for future designing of cultural action figures.

Abstract - In response to the trend of low-carbon economy, using virtual application or service to reduce environmental resource waste or carbon emission is a kind of newly emerging energy-efficiency application and service that should be valued and developed (ex. video conferencing, distance education teaching, remote healthcare). The integration of information and communication technology development, energy-efficiency application and service will be an important trend. Cloud computing changes traditional face-to-face teaching and the manners of using computer and Internet. More and more schools offer long-range teaching courses, and thus to make learning not restricted by time, space and region, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, as well as provide more human-centered and diversified learning ways. The Computer-Based Training (CBT) have become an emerging trend in teaching. This study discusses the impact factors of online-learning effectiveness of distance education teaching. Research finding: Information technology and Process of learning and motivation are most important two factors of online learning, the results conform scholars viewpoint..

Abstract - The fast development of media technologies changes the view of modern education. Nowadays, the internet has made distance-learning much feasible with specific techniques and programs designed to facilitate the learning process. Well-developed tools combined with instruction strategies are critical to a successful course plan. Based on the structure of ASSURE model, this study incorporates mature media technologies on real-time distance education practice. 22 six-graders participated in the especially-designed distance-learning activity that took place at Ren-Ho elementary school in Yunlin county, Taiwan, 2013. Feedback from students and in-class observations suggest that not all learning obscurities can be attributed to the inclusion of media technologies. Some of them are caused by mismanagement or communication barriers in class. This feasibility study provides extended consideration facets critical to the development of future distance-education infrastructure.
