Next Steps: Prior to the June 16, 2015 City Council meeting the Developer will meet with local residents and interests. These meetings will give the Developer an opportunity to demonstrate the development’s on and off-site drainage management.

1. (15-0466) Ordinance changing the FY2014-2015 Operating Budget adopted by
Ordinance No. 030294 to reduce revenues by $1,291,492 and expenditures by $865,000 for the 1115 Waiver Program in the No.1020 General Fund; and providing that any remaining excess funds be set aside in the General Fund's "Committed Fund Balance" for use during the next fiscal year.
2. (15-0471) Ordinance appropriating $53,997 from the unreserved fund balance in the No. 4610 Airport Fund for the Airport's share of Goody Clancy Amendment No. 2 for strategic planning services project at Corpus Christi International Airport; and amending the FY2014-2015 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030294 to increase expenditures by $53,997.
3. (15-0475) Ordinance appropriating $507,190.00 from the unreserved fund balance of the No. 1020 General Fund for the purchase of six (6) Ford Fusion hybrid sedans and one (1) light and air truck; changing the FY2014-2015 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030294 by increasing appropriations by $507,190.00 and approving the purchase of six (6) Ford Fusion hybrid sedans from Caldwell Country Chevrolet, Caldwell, Texas, and the purchase of one (1) light and air truck from Siddons-Martin Emergency Group, Denton, Texas based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (TLGPC), for a total amount of $507,190.00; and providing for severance.
4. (15-0494) Motion approving a supply agreement with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc., Austin, Texas for Emulsion Oil (SS-1) in accordance with Bid Event No. 4, based on only bid, for an estimated six (6) month expenditure of $79,450.00 of which $52,966.66 is required for FY 2014 - 2015. The term of the contract will be for six (6) months with an option to extend for up to five (5) additional six-month periods,

subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Street Services Department in FY2014 - 2015.
5. (15-0533) Ordinance declaring seven properties listed in the attached "Exhibit A – List of Surplus Property" as surplus property, all of which are small in acreage; authorizing the sale of each to the public by sealed bid with minimum bid requirements; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the deeds and any related documents necessary to complete the sales and convey the properties.
6. (15-00524) Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to submit a grant application in the amount of $168,613 to the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance for funding eligible under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 2015 Local Solicitation with 50% of the funds to be distributed to Nueces County under the established Interlocal Agreement; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Interlocal Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and Nueces County to establish terms for the sharing of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Grant (JAG) Program FY 2015 Local Solicitation.
7. (15-0539) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to approve a 48-month lease agreement with CSI Leasing, Inc. of Saint Louis, Missouri, DIR-SDD-1880, for two hundred thirty-five (235) Datalux T5 Integrated Mobile Data Computer (MDT) systems from Austin Ribbon & Computer of Austin, Texas, for a total expenditure of $1,183,493. Funds are available in the Municipal Information Systems Department FY2014-2015 budget and will be requested in future budget years.
8. (15-0540) Ordinance appropriating a total of $293,472 from the unreserved Fund Balance in the No. 1020 General Fund for costs related to early completion of the Downtown Area Development Plan, Plan CC is currently ahead of original schedule; and changing the FY 2014-2015 operating budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030294 by increasing expenditures by $293,472.
9. (15-0542) Motion approving the purchase of four actuators from Rexa, Inc., of West Bridgewater, Massachusetts based on sole source for a total amount of $142,400.00. Funds have been budgeted by the Utilities Department in FY 2014-2015.
10. (15-0546) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to an Engineering Design Contract with NRG Engineering from Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $48,880, for a total restated fee of $55,080, for the Corpus Christi Police Department (CCPD) Building Repair/Replacement project.
11. (15-0563) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a construction contract with J.S. Haren Company of Athens, Tennessee in the amount

of $196,000 for the City-Wide Lift Station Repairs Section 4 Lift Station Odor Control for the total Base Bid.
12. (15-0567) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a construction contract with Blastco Texas, Inc. of Houston, Texas in the amount of $2,655,800 for the Choke Canyon Dam Spillway Gate Rehabilitation for the Base Bid plus Additive Alternate No. 1.
13. (15-0570) Ordinance to adopt the fiscal year (FY) 2015-2016 Consolidated Annual Action Plan (CAAP), for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. To authorize the City Manager or designee to submit the FY2015-2016 CAAP to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and to amend if required by HUD. To authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to accept and appropriate upon receipt the grants from HUD into the Grant Fund No. 1059 for the approved FY2015-2016 CAAP projects and further to execute funding agreements and all other documents necessary to implement the FY2015-2016 CAAP with organizations of approved projects.
14. (15-0574) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to accept a $236,228 grant awarded by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and appropriating in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund for the Senior Community Services, Title XX Meals on Wheels Program.
15. (15-0575) Ordinance appropriating a $150,000 grant from the Texas Department of Agriculture in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation grant fund to operate a Summer Food Service Program for Summer Recreation participants ages one to eighteen.
16. (15-0579) Case No. 0515-03 Kapavik Builders, Inc: A change of zoning from the "RS-6" Single-Family 6 District to the "RS-4.5" Single-Family 4.5 District, not resulting in a change to the Future Land Use Plan. The property to be rezoned is described as Lots 1,2, 17 and 18, Block 10, Laguna Vista Shores, located along the west side of Laguna Shores Road between Courtland Drive and Riviera Drive.
17. (15-0580) Case No. 0515-04 Magellan Terminals Holdings, L.P.: A change of zoning from the "RS-6" Single-Family 6 District to the "ON" Office District, resulting in a change to the Future Land Use Plan from low density residential uses to professional office uses. The property is described as Lots 14, 15, 16, and 17, Country Club Place, located on the north side of Interstate Highway 37 Access Road, south of Tribble Lane and west of Poth Lane.
18. (15-0581) Case No. 0515-05 Bayfront Medical Plaza, L.P..: A change of zoning from the “CR-1” Resort Commercial to the “CI” Intensive Commercial District, not resulting in a change to the Future Land Use Plan. The property to be rezoned is described as being a 0.98 acre tract of land out of a portion of Lots 1 through 11, Jones

Shoreline Business Lots, a portion of Share 7, Tract B, W.S. Harney Tract, a portion of lands reclaimed by the Bay Front Protection Work, and a portion of Lot 1, Water Block 3, Central Wharf & Warehouse Co.'s Subdivision, located along the west side of Shoreline Boulevard between Kinney Street and Born Street.
19. (15-0585) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to accept and appropriate a $150,000 grant from the Texas Department of Agriculture, in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund to operate a Summer Food Service Program for Summer Recreation participants ages one to eighteen.
20. (15-0586) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to approve the purchase of information technology equipment from Data Projections for a Police Department Intelligence Command Center with communication links to the City Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and designated entities for a total expenditure of $114,741.64. Data Projections is a State of Texas vendor, number DIR-SDD-11. Funds are available in the Municipal Information Systems Department FY2014-2015 budget.
