    I am writing in support of the mixed-use multi-family project at 5110 Telegraph Ave. As an 11 year resident of Temescal, a business owner and community organizer here, I couldn't be more thrilled to see this project implemented.

    I am thrilled because the site has been blighted for years.

    I am thrilled because the project provides much needed infill housing along a transit corridor, including MUCH needed affordable units.

    I am thrilled because the project offers a balance between retail, housing and community amenities in the form of public space and improves the walkability of our neighborhood by connecting the business district and the frog park corridor.

    The project appears to be beautifully designed and I am eager for it to move forward. I hope you will support the project and let it begin!
