The summertime classic with a modern twist: fresh strawberry filling with a hint of vanilla and sugar. Always simple, always delicious.
Full of the darkest blueberries from Polish forests and spiced with fresh herbs these dumplings are an adult-friendly variation of an all-time childrens favourite.

This is my granny Jasia and, as for my family, shes the queen of pierogi. Her cabbage and mushroom dumplings have always been the favourite dish on our Christmas table and my summer tasted of her sour and sweet cherry filling. After coming to London, her pierogi was the taste I missed the most. I asked her for the recipe and prepared the dish with a couple of friends. They absolutely loved it.
Three years later the pierogi project was born. We have a street caravan to bring our daily-made pierogi to people all over London and a small, but
