W/shops in the Country.2. PLAN Implemented CLTS activities in 5 districts3. The MOPHS adopted CLTS as high impact, low

cost PRA tool -20094. Requested UNICEF to support with a

Consultant to spear head the process.5. Reviewed and Developed a National training

Manual and Guideline, through consultants & partner participation (PLAN, SNV, ICC members)

6. Initiated Phase one districts, targeting 10 districts.
