MiMAX-W는 크로스 레일 상하 이송형 더블 컬럼 머시닝 센타로써 최대 적재 하중 50ton에 이르는 대형 공작물 가공에 적합 합니다.

또한 옵션으로 앵 헤드, Extension 헤드 등 여러가지 헤드의 자동 교환을 채택함으로써 오면 가공은 물론 깊은 홀 가공이 가능하여,

한 대의 기계로 한 번 만의 셋팅으로 난해한 공작물 가공을 실현 시킬 수 있습니다.

크로스 레일 상하 이송은 4줄의 강력한 롤러 LM 가이드 방식을 채택하여, 동급 기종에서 발생되는 쐐기 마모로 인한 정 도 저하 현상

이 없으므로, 장 시간 고 정 도가 유지됩니다.

또한, 램 섹션 450mm X 450mm의 안정적인 램 구조와 Box way의 8면 구속으로써, 램 Z 축 최대 이송 시에도 진동 없이 강력 절삭

이 가능합니다.

MiMAX-W, which is cross rail elevating doluble column machining center, is suitable for heavy work piece until 50ton.

Futherthmore, MiMAX-W can fit various kinds of head (universal head, extension head etc) as option, which enables 5

face milling, deep hole milling etc.

4 cross rail elevating roller LM guide way, which is combinded with 8 faces ram with 4 ground way and 4 gib way,

guarantees high milling performance and geometric accuracy of the cross and vertical travel for a long time.
