S We continue our journey to produce jelly water insulation chemicals, Polyurethane Water Insulation Chemicals, Polyurethane Floor Covering Chemicals, Water Insulation Filling Chemicals, Industrial Adhesive and Polyurethane Parquet Adhesive with great success, a journey which we had set out in 2011 with production and application of jelly injection and insulation chemicals.

We offer our products that were developed with the assistance of our R&D team and academicians under the University - Industry cooperation with Sakarya University Technocity Adaptto, at the largest R&D facility of the industry, that we had built on a 1.200 m2 area.

Being resistant to alkalies and acids, it provides protection against corrosion. It causes no harm to health and environment. As it can turn water into gel when it is mixed with water, it is the most efficient solution for high pressured water floods. Having low viscosity and an adjustable reaction duration, dilatations are completely filled with the gel in dilatation aplications, and after the gelling, Soil flex Gel maintains its flexible structure. Toz, kir, kalıp yağı, cüruf, boya gibi benzeri yapışmayı engelleyici yabancı maddeler, çimento, sıvalar, beton gibi kalıntılar ve atıklar uygulama yüzeyinden arındırılmalıdır. Yapışma performansını arttırmak ve yapışmayı zayıflatacak faktörleri ortadan kaldırmak için m2 ye 250-300 gr olacak şekilde Soil Zemin Astarı uygulanabilir. Soil Flex DL iki bileşeni, homojen karışımı elde edene kadar düşük devirli bir karıştırıcı yardımıyla karıştırılmalıdır. Hazırlanan karışım, dilatasyon boşluğuna istenen oranda dökülür.

Resistant to high temperatures and humidity no deformations between -50 ̊ C ile +150 ̊ C . Having a perfect flexibility, it does not allow any driftings in mobile floors. It is suitable for the floors wth underfloor heating. It is compatible with Soil Prime. It is easy to use and apply. It will not cause any swelling.

All extraneous matters like dust, dirt, moulding oil, slags and dye that prevent the adherence, and all remnants and wastes like cement, plaster and concrete must be removed from the application surface. All bottom surfaces that are unlikely to support themselves, like cracked or weak surfaces or moss remnants must be removed from the surface. Two components of the Soil Wood must be mixed well with a low-speed mixer until a homogenous mixture is obtained. The prepared mxture must be spread to the floor with a comb that has a suitable tooth structure.
