1.1 校訓及辦學宗旨

校訓：爾乃世之光（效法基督，榮神益人。）

辦學宗旨：致力締造愉快學習環境，宏揚中國文化及基督大愛。培養學生才德兼備，健全人格及正確價值觀，活出信

望愛，服務社群，榮神益人，享受生命的豐盛和美好。

1.2 使命及願景

使命： 承接真光先賢的努力，我校繼續肩負起華人女子教育的使命，啓廸莘莘學子努力不懈地追求學問，並將優秀的資質及領袖的

才能發揮得淋漓盡致；又能堅定不移地持守聖經真理，並願意以真光照亮人心，把愛傳遍中華。

2.6 教學語言政策

本校原以母語教學，但亦著重英語的教授。自 2010 年度起，入讀中一的班別的授課語言有多科轉為英語，並開始於初中一班試行用

普通話教授中文科。未來所有同學升上高中時，將以英語學習新高中考試學科(除了通識、視藝和與中文相關科目外)，並進行考試。

The overall feedback of the English Academy is quite favourable. From the statistics of the questionnaire students have done, over 90% of students ranked the

courses as satisfactory or good. The course they especially liked is Improvised Drama because they liked acting and performance. Solo Verse is another course that

they liked because they found the course could improve their speaking and their confidence. In the Penmanship Club, students liked to write poems, stories and

make some handicrafts by themselves.

However, about the club Meeting Oldies, some students thought that some songs were too old and they did not really like them. In the course EMI Bridging, some

students found the content about History and Geography boring. Lastly, as for the course U.E. Exam Practice, some students reflected that the reading passages

were too difficult and they preferred to listen to songs instead.

Overall report on 2nd term English Academy

Among all the courses, some have received more favourable feedback from the students such as Writing Club, Grammar Clinic, Singing in English and Drama for fun.

Only twelve students returned the evaluation form to the teacher of the Writing Club but they unanimously gave very positive feedback. However, attendance is

either low or unstable in courses like English Ambassador Club and Drama Club.

2.10 學生閱讀習慣 於推動學生閱讀方面，閱讀推廣組於本年度推行了以下的措施和活動: 1. 設立中文廣泛閱讀角及英文廣泛閱讀角，為廣泛閱讀計劃提供足夠的資源。

2. 設立多媒體電腦角，為同學提供於互聯網上尋找資訊的途徑，並可作為閱讀光碟之用。 3. 透過多類型的閱讀活動包括閱讀分享早會、校會、閱讀校會、閱讀大使培訓、午間閱讀分享、書籍推介、借書龍虎榜、書展

等，推廣閱讀風氣，並促進互相交流及分享的學習氣氛。

4. 全校同學均參加第二十二屆中學生好書龍虎榜推薦書籍及選舉最喜愛作家比賽。 部份同學參加讀後感寫作比賽。 5. 校內活動：

(1) 推行全年「與光同行閱讀計劃」及「英文廣泛閱讀獎勵計劃」。 (2) 舉行每周閱讀早會，與全校師生分享閱讀心得。 (3) 選舉「每月閱讀之星」，並將每月閱讀量最多的同學及班級名單張貼於學校圖書館。 (4) 邀請范建梅女士培訓每月閱讀之星得獎者及圖書館領袖生成為閱讀大使，定期舉辦午間閱讀分享活動，與同學分享閱

讀心得及興趣。 (5) 定期於學校圖書館舉行學科書展。 (6) 推行「課外閱讀與寫作奬勵計劃 2010」，鼓勵同學多閱讀課外書籍及寫作，提升中、英文學習能力及考試成績。 (7) 於試後活動期間帶領圖書館領袖生到九龍塘 Page One 書局進行購書活動，鼓勵同學接收最新的閱讀資訊，並培養同

學的閱讀興趣。 (8) 全年舉辦兩次親炙作家講座。於 27/10/10(第八節)邀請黃摯天先生主講。於 9/3/11(第八節) 邀請范建梅女士主持閱讀

分享會，為配合校會所介紹的書籍，同時亦於學校圖書館舉辦書展。 (9) 為配合學校語文微調政策，於 14/3/11-18/3/11 期間於學校圖書館舉辦歷史、地理、電腦、科學、數學、宗教及家政科

的英文書籍展覽，介紹各科的英文學習資源外，同時亦鼓勵借閱。 (10) 配合各科的英文書展，學校圖書館舉辦英文廣泛閱讀獎勵計劃，其設計一系列簡單及有趣的閱讀工作紙，學生借閱一

本英文書籍並完成一張閱讀工作紙便可得印章一個，集齊兩個印章可得小禮物一份，鼓勵同學多讀多寫。

3. 校風及學生支援

本校透過不同的主題和活動提昇學生在六育方面的素質。

(1) 基督化全人教育：本校延續真光創校理想，本著基督博愛精神，建基於聖經的價值觀，實踐基督化全人生命教育，培養學生在德、智、

體、群、美、靈六育均衡發展。藉團契、事奉、生命交流及社會服務，發掘同學的恩賜潛能，訓練學生領袖，履行「爾乃世之光」的

使命，彰顯真理之光、豐盛人生、榮神益人。

(2) 訓輔合作

a) 領袖訓練：學校培育學生的自律能力，追求崇高的品德。風紀隊、輔導之星及其他學生領袖帶領全校學生透過不同層面的活動，

加強學生舉辦活動的技巧及對學妹的關顧。務求從不同層面培育學生的品德及全人發展。

b) 班主任課：班主任課內容以切合學生身心發展的需要為主, 並按各級長期的成長目標而編訂。

c) 共創成長路：透過參與多元化活動，提升初中學生德育上之認知、解難能力及社會服務的參與。

d) 早會分享：透過老師及學生訊息分享，讓全校同學獲六育造就。

(3) 升學輔導

a) 生涯規劃：透過校會、講座、工作坊及『中四職業探索』，指導高中同學如何規劃人生。

b) 各級輔導

中七輔導：介紹各本地及海外大學課程、收生要求及就業前景。

中六輔導：師姐分享中六學習生活及大學選科。

中四家長日：探討新高中課程、OLE、SBA，社工、同學分享及老師、家長小組討論。

中三選科：認識新高中課程、介紹來年選科安排、模擬選科及分析及舉辦選科家長日。

(4) 境外學習

a) 與普通話組合辦台灣考察 4 天團，讓同學學習普通話及考察台灣升學情況。參觀台灣的中學及大學，了解當地的學習環境和收

生條件。

b) 真光四校加拿大溫哥華暑期遊學團：20 名學生參加此為期三星期的學習團，學生不單透過活動及旅遊學習實用英語，還學會獨

立及解決問題的能力。

c) 真光聯校廣州學習營：本校 10 位中四同學參加。與廣州真光中學交流、義工服務、廣州中學生勞動技術學校課程。

d) 真光尋根團：本校約 100 師生於十二月到廣州真光中學探訪，了解校祖來華辦學的目的及其貢獻，並與當地師生彼此觀摩及交

流。

(5) 才藝發展

a) 本校設有宗教、學科、體育、音樂、興趣、服務和制服團隊等五十多個課外活動組別，鼓勵同學積極參與、發掘潛質、放眼世

界、服務社群。

b) 本校設有學生會、學生團契、不同學會、各級領袖訓練，讓同學透過籌劃活動，發展個人領袖素質，裝備成為獨立、富創意的

公民，貢獻社會。本年度重點活動如下

周年音樂會：學生會於 2/7 晚上舉行本校周年音樂會，除本校各音樂團隊演出外，並邀請培正中學、民生書院和長沙灣天

主教中學派音樂隊伍演出交流，藉此提升本校同學的音樂造詣，也提供本校同學與友校音樂觀摩交流的平台。

課外活動委員會於 5/7早上舉行本年度課外活動表演會，提供機會給予課外活動組別表現全年學習成果。

(7) 融合教育

輔導組、社工、級導師及各前線老師已識別及支援有需要的同學。本年度資源運用於外購言語治療服務，由專業及教學治療中心提供

十次服務，給聽障及需要改善發音之亞氏保加症同學。

(8) 「愛我真光」分級交流會

為加強學生間的溝通，並讓學生學習搜集同學意見的方法及作出適當的交代與回應，本校首次舉辦此類學生意見分享會。同學針對學

校措施及政策在方向性、具體細節及實際施行上的問題提出意見，並提出合適論據以支持有關觀點。討論範圍包括：課程〈包括常規

5. 2010-2011 年度關注事項 (成就與反思)

重點發展項目一：推行新高中學制---提升學生的高階思維、發展新高中OLE

成就

提升高階思維，為加強初中學習為新高準備 基本上，各科均就本身科目的特色，設計相關的研習計劃以提升學生的高階思維。 原則上，每科均按原定計劃，在全學年分階段進行。整體上計劃執行大致順利。學生習作能夠反映他們具評論、批判等思維。現

階段尚有少部分科目仍未完成。 在初中各級推行不同範疇的專題研習，中一級：個人；中二級：歷史與文化；中三級：科學與環境。 學生均能在老師的指導下完成專題報告。大部分學生均能掌握搜集資料的技巧，至於分析數據則表現一般。整體表現令人滿意。

發展新高中 OLE

由課外活動推介，教學助理利用內聯網發布服務活動資料，鼓勵同學自行組織、參與社區服務。有利用內聯網發放盲人輔導會和

李嘉誠護老院、香港傷殘青年協會服務資料，超過 20 組同學參與義工服務，形式包括文書處理、銷售服務、唱遊、口述歷史、表

演、節日慶祝及佈置等。

鼓勵中四同學承擔一項校內服務或職務。中四領袖同學在校內擔任班級職務、風紀、團契、學生會等職務，另外其他同學參與水、

陸運會工作人員服務。

反思

提升高階思維，為加強初中學習為新高準備 計劃多數以獨立學科設計為主，少有跨學科或跨範疇的設計。期望在將來可以在不同的級別加強協作。

為配合初中 MOI 的推行，未來的計劃可構思深化課堂教學內容或利用跨科專題習作進行。

發展新高中 OLE

建議來年重組組織架構，強化國民教育及社會服務組，規劃完整的服務計劃及拓展方向，以加強及改善對外服務，如安排中三同

學接受義工服務教育。 建議來年重新規劃義工服務教育及進行時間，如利用周三第七、八節時段安排義工服務教育課程，提升 OLE 服務發展，更臻完善。

重點發展項目三：生涯規劃

成就

本年度升輔組共舉行八次講座，透過講座，同學能了解到兩獸醫及護理行業之工作性質及其入職要求；得知加拿大、內地及

台灣升學之實況；雅思英文評核之詳情及學位課程以外的其他升學途徑。

學校亦邀請香港青年協會黃民信先生，為同學舉辦兩次校會，向高中同學講解有關生涯規劃的資料及「小成功大成就」的訊息。

透過上述講座，新高中同學初步了解如何有系統地規劃未來升學及就業的安排，亦認識在未來工作崗位上應有的工作態度。

為了讓同 學 對 某 職 業 路 向 有 初 步 認 識，中四同學進行《追踪職業》探索研習。在級會展示其研習成果。同學對此活動表

現積極。

升輔組和普通話科協作，於復活假期間舉辦台灣學校交流團。透過是項活動，同學能考察台灣當地中學及大學

的學習狀況，及比較與香港課程之差異。同學表現雀躍，尢其於參觀中學時，積極發問。問卷調查亦表示 70%希望來年繼續參加此類活動。

與英文科老師合作舉辦工作坊 (寫作技巧訓練 )，培訓學生撰寫自薦信之能力及如何透過OLE作反思。透過是次寫

作訓練，同學初步了解如何藉著所參加的活動反思自已的職業性向。英文科老師在英文課堂上講解有關文法、句子及詞彙，令中

五同學嘗試如何撰寫個人的學習檔案，以便同學於中六正式撰寫時更易處理。

反思

本年似較側重升學講座，建議明年可減少一次，另增工作坊。另因校會人數眾多，適合各級的題材不多，建議未來不設高中生涯

規劃校會，但利用級會及班主任小組短聚時間安排更合適的題目替同學輔導。

職業探索活動能幫助同學了解不同工作的要求及前景，來年可於校慶或家長日展示的報告，讓初中同學參觀，對她們的選科也有

幫助。

在台灣考察團中，同學希望參觀多些中學，以了解更多台灣升學情況。又如能在當地學校安排對子活動，讓學

生能有更多時間與當地學生進行交流，相信能讓學生更深入了解當地學習狀況。

現時，認識如何準備SLP工作的老師不多，建議相關老師，包括班主任、升輔組及英文科老師多參加相關的研討會。另希望優化成長

手冊，讓同學從中一開始學會將OLE記錄及作反思。

已完成大部份之計劃，包括老師及同學於早會分享關愛訊息、利用壁報板展示有關主題、好人好事點唱活動、攤位遊戲等。學生

參與宗教部探訪老人中心，約有百多人參加。

訓輔校會邀請惠進會分享如何關愛長期病患者。學生大多投入校會，願意主動與講者作交流。

安排中三學生探訪勵敬懲教所，在囚人士分享心路歷程，活動後學生填寫反思及感受，向在囚人士關懷。

一連四天之校園電台點唱活動，師生皆反應熱烈，踴躍參加。

透過共創成長路，初中同學接觸不同弱勢社群，如中一同學參與扶康會的共融攤位及插花給老人院，中二同學往老人院表演跳舞，

中三同學參加香港基督教服務署舉辦之多元文化校園發展計劃，認識小數族裔的文化。
