nakita ni Hesus at siya ay tinawag at sinabi Niya sa kaniya, babae, lubayan ka ng iyong sakit. Ipinatong Niya ang kaniyang mga kamay sa kaniya at pagdaka siya'y naunat at niluwalhati niya ang Diyos.

Pagninilay: Ipinakita ng Diyos ang kapangyarihan ng Panginoon na naghahari sa anumang paraan sa pamamagitan ng

pagpapalaya sa pisikal at emosyunal na karamdaman, paghihina at kasalanan at ang pagpupumilit ng tukso

na mamuhay sa bawat isa. sang pahayag lamang ang binitiwan ng Diyos upang makalaya ang babae sa

kanyang karamdaman. Naniniwala ka ba sa kapangyarihan ng Diyos na ikaw ay pagagalingin Niya?

Panalangin: Panginoong Hesus binigyan MO kami ng kalayaang masumpungan KA. Basbasan MO rin kaming tahakin ang

landas patungo SAYO na dala-dala ang pag-ibig at papuri SA’YO sa lahat ng sandali. Ipakita MO sa amin

kung papaano namin maipadarama ang pagmamahal sa mga kapuspalad na nasa aming paligid. Amen.

In taking on the name of Brother, De La Salle espoused that the relationship between teacher and student was one of fraternal care. Authentic love for students, in De La Salle’s mind, was the ultimate basis for effective teaching. Through the Christian Schools, young people experienced an affection and respect not commonly bestowed on the young by the general society of that time. De La Salle spoke often of how the Brother was to relate to his student: “By love and patience, win over the hearts of those whom you teach”. In yet another passage he invites the teacher to see in the young, the image of Jesus: “You should cultivate a very special tenderness for them and procure their spiritual welfare as far as you will be able, considering them as member of Jesus Christ and his well-beloved. EARTHQUAKE EVACUATION DRILL GUIDELINES

(St. Benilde Gym)

THE FIRST TREMOR

The start of the drill will be indicated by a siren (30 seconds). In actual

earthquake, the first tremor itself will be the signal. (So do not wait anymore for any

sound signal).

Execute immediately D – C – H (Duck-Cover-Hold)

DUCK – Stay low or lie on the floor.

COVER – Protect your head with one hand. Keep your

head and eyes protected from falling or flying objects.

HOLD – With the other hand, hold onto a piece of

furniture (if accessible). If it moves, move with it.

Do not run outside the classroom/building during the initial

tremor. Wait for it to stop.

Do not panic. Keep calm.

AT THE END OF THE FIRST TREMOR

During the drill, this will be then end of the siren.

Evacuate the building smoothly and orderly using the

designated exit doors/routes which lead to the evacuation

area.

Do not attempt to touch electrical switches and outlets.

Electrical connections may have been damaged too.

NO PUSHING.

NO RUNNING.

WALK FAST to avoid clogging the exit routes. A

student leader and the subject teacher will lead the class

going to the evacuation area.

A sweeper is assigned for each level to make sure that

everyone left the building.

Do not panic. Keep calm.

IN THE EVACUATION AREA

Aftershocks may happen after the first tremor.

Make sure that you are far away from buildings or electric

poles.

Teachers must stay with their classes and conduct head

count.

The Safety Officer will give the instructions as to when to

return to the classrooms.

The teachers accompany the students back to their

classrooms.
