KUESIOER KINERJA GURU PKn
A. Pengantar
Anak-anak yang baik dan pintar, saya mohon kalian bersedia mengisi
angket ini. Angket ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendapatkan data tentang
kinerja guru, perhatian orang tua, dan minat belajar PKn dalam Kelas V SD di
UPT PPD Kecamatan Bantul. Oleh karena ini kalian diminta menjawab semua
pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan keadaan dan kenyataan yang kalian alami.
Jawaban pertanyaan / pernyataan di dalam angket ini tidak akan
mempengaruhi nilai kalian, oleh karena itu anak-anak silakan mengisi angket
ini dengan baik

1. Berdoa terlebih dahulu sebelum anak-anak memulai mengerjakan angket
