KATA PENGANTAR

Puji syukur penulis ucapkan kehadirat ALLAH SWT, atas rahmat dan hidayah

yang telah dilimpahkan sehingga penyusunan Laporan Kuliah Kerja Nyata – Praktik

(KKN – P) yang dilaksanakan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Jatim Selatan

Malang ini dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Kuliah Kerja Nyata – Praktik yang

dilakukan oleh penulis dapat terlaksana dengan baik atas bantuan segenap karyawan –

karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Jatim Selatan Malang secara langsung

maupun tidak langsung. Penyusunan Laporan Kuliah Kerja Nyata – Praktik merupakan

salah satu prasyarat kelulusan mata kuliah Kuliah Kerja Nyata – Praktik yang bertujuan

agar mahasiswa memiliki pengalaman dalam menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh selama

mengikuti perkuliahan ke dunia kerja.

Untuk kesempatan ini penulis juga menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada
