从原始 dxf 实体文件开始

Start with original DXF file.

1:导入文件

Import File

从文件菜单或点云菜单,选择导入文件,出现导入文件对话框,选择导入文件的目录或直接

选择要导入的文件,双击选择的文件或选择文件后点击打开,即完成导入文件.

第一次可以使用随软件提供的 DXF 样例文件,teapot.dxf.

导入文件操作完成后,可以从状态条第一项看到导入文件的节点数(应该大于 0)以及冲

突节点数.

On file menu or cloud point menu,select input file,dialog box shows,select file from directory

and input it ,or select file and input it directly,open file by double click or select file and press open.

For trial use of first time,example dxf file – teapot.dxf is available.

After file inputted, on the first item of status bar node number (over 0) of inputted file and clash

node number shows.

2:实体比例偏移设置

Entity Proportion Excursion Setting

从参数设置开始,选择实体比例偏移设置,出现实体比例偏移设置对话框.使用样例

teapot.dxf 的话,在 Xscale 输入 1.5,选择等比例缩放,然后点击自动归零按钮.

设置完成后,在视图选择中选择修正后 dxf 图,可以看到修正后的效果.

Start setting parameter, select entity proportion excursion setting ,dialog box shows. to use

example file teapot.dxf, input 1.5 into xscale, select equal proportion zoom ,click automatic zero-

back button.

After finish setting, select amended dxf image in view item to see modified effect.

3:晶块参数设置

Crystal Parameter Setting

从参数设置开始,选择晶块参数设置,出现晶块参数设置对话框.

先设置晶块的大小,即长宽高,设置时应该参考内雕要求,即内雕的范围.使用样例 teapot.dxf

的话,分别为 80,50,50.

To set crystal size, length-width-height. in terms of engraving requirement – engraving scale. to

try example file teapot. dxf.l-w-h to 80,50,50.

4:切层和过滤参数设置

Layer Cut and Filtration Parameter Setting

切层和过滤参数设置直接决定点云形成的策略以及过滤的策略,还有加工时 Z 向移动步长.

合理调整这些参数,能产生不同的内雕效果.

Layer cut and filtration parameter setting determines program of forming cloud point ,filtration

and moving distance of z direction when processed. to adjust the parameter accordingly produces

different engraving effect.

从参数设置开始,选择切层和过滤参数设置,出现切层和过滤参数设置对话框.

Start setting parameter, select layer cut and filtration parameter setting, dialog box shows.

使用样例 teapot.dxf 的话,Use example teapot.dxf

切层距离 0.05, Layer Distance 0.05,

切层取点步长(斜切角度) 为 30 ,Cut Distance/Cut Angle Deg 30,

棱边密度和表面密度分别为 0.2,0.2,Edge density and surface density 0.2,0.2,

布点方式选择 Single Cut .

其他参数用于不同的层控制不同的密度,可不设置.

5:形成点云 Produce cloud point

从点云菜单,选择形成点云,开始产生点云的过程.

From PointOp, select form cloud point .formation progress of cloud point starts.

形成点云过程中状态条显示进度情况.形成点云结束后,可在状态条看到 3 个方向分别进行

了多少次切层,总共形成了多少个点(看内雕点数).

Status bar shows progress of forming cloud point. after cloud point formed, on

status bar number of layers in three directions and points are shown .

6:点云过滤 Cloud point filtration

从点云菜单,选择点云过滤,开始点云过滤的过程.

From PointOp, select point filtration. filtration process starts

点云过滤的目的是保证输出的点云中任意 2 点的空间距离不少于设置的工艺炸裂距离.形

成的点云中,如果 2 个点的空间距离少于炸裂距离就必须去掉其中的一个点.

The purpose of cloud point filtration is to guarantee the space distance of any two

random points is not less than set technic burst distance. in produced cloud points, one

point must be removed if the space distance of any two points is smaller than the burst

distance.

7:输出结果 OUTPUT

现在可以大功告成了,要检验效果,可以使用显示控制与视图选择进行全方位考察,欣赏一

下吧.重要的是把以上形成的点云的保存到文件中,下次就不用从头开始了.如果效果好,还可以

选择内雕输出,产生精美的内雕工艺品,也可以产生 dxf 点云文件.

Finally, to observe the quality, use display control and view.

save formed cloud point as file for future use. Furthermore, select engraving output to

produce engraving craftwork.

在图形控制操作过程中,使用鼠标右键是一个很方便的操作.

Click right button of mouse for easy operation of image control

可以完成显示视图选择:立体图,XY 投影,XZ 投影,YZ 投影.

Select view:3D,display XY, display XZ, display YZ

可以指定鼠标图形控制的选择操作:缩放,旋转,平移或什么也不选

Operation of image control:ZOOM, ROTATE, PAN

可以控制是否显示晶块,作为图形对比参照

Status Bar

图层数:可以按层设置参数,图层的划分在图形设计中实现(比如 autocad,3dmax).

Layer numbers:set parameter by layer. division of layer operated in software like

Autocad and 3dmax.

内雕尺寸:当前参数设置和实体尺寸下在水晶块内内雕出来的实体尺寸,包括长宽高,分别对

应 x,y,z.

Engraving dimension:carved entity size inside crystal under set parameter and

crystal size, including L-W-H, correspond to X,Y,Z

内雕点数:按照现有参数设置,内雕输出时将用多少个点表示实体.根据加工设备的速度,可以

计算加工时间.

parameter for engraving output. to calculate manufacture time according to speed of

machine.

过滤点数:点云产生过程中,不考虑炸裂距离,也不考虑重复点.这个参数过滤操作中去掉的冲突

点.

Filtrate points: in the process of producing cloud point, both burst distance and

repeating points are ignored. the parameter filtrates clash points .

平面图片像素数:BmpW,BmpH 分别表示图片长宽方向的像素数.

Plan image pixel:bmp W, bmp H represents pixel of image length and width

resprectively.

切层距离:当前切层计算时设置的切层厚度.

Layer cut distance:set cut layer thickness under current layer cut calculation

切层平面:当前切层计算时所切出的直线的分点步长.

Layer cut plane:linear splitting point step cut under current layer cut calculation.

棱边密度:当前设置的棱边的总体布点密度,因为可以独立设置各棱边的密度,所以说所显示

的参数只是没有独立设置的棱边密度.

Ridge density:general density of points distributing under current setting. it is

ridge density being ordinary. to set different ridge density if needed.

表面密度:当前设置的表面的总体布点密度,因为可以独立设置各表面的密度,所以说所显示

的参数只是没有独立设置的表面密度.

Exterior density: general density of points distributing under current setting. It is

exterior density being ordinary . to set different exterior density if needed.

Input entity image for process as first step of operation

单步形成点云(新功能):Quick cloud point formation(new function)

发出从 3D 实体模型到点云的转换命令,转换的效果取决于主要参数的设置.与(形成点云)命令相比,

以便产生点云,一边计算过滤,控制点云的规模.

Send switch command for transforming 3d image to cloud point. effect determines

by setting of main parameter. compared to(forming cloud point),it is forming cloud

point when calculating filtration and controlling dimension of cloud point.

总体上计算速度要快很多.同时采用此命令,布点方式采用 Single Cut,可以计算很多点的大图形(比

如 1000mm x 2000mm x 60mm).如果计算的图形很大,可能会内存不足,此时保存在临时文件中,并提

示采用大文件中继接力的方式.(老算点加密锁,只能计算 500万点)

Faster calculating speed. using this command and adopting single cut point

distributing method, large image of many points (like 1000mm x 2000mm x

60mm)can be calculated

大文件接力:(新功能)

large file join (new function)

如果计算很大的文件出现内存不足,系统把数据保存在文件中.那么在重新启动程序释放内存

后,用此命令读取大文件的数据,然后可以内雕输出加工数据文件.只有在很大文件出现内存不足并

保存数据文件后,此命令才有作用.否则没有临时数据文件,就不存在接力的问题.也没有数据.

If system mentioned memory shortage when large file is being calculated, system

saves date as file. After restart program and release memory, using this command to

read large file data and output engraving manufacture data file. The commands works

only when memory in shortage and file being saved. no temperatory data file, no

problem of joining file.

发出从 3D 实体模型到点云的转换命令,转换的效果取决于主要参数的设置.形成点云的过程是

对 3D 实体模型进行 3 方向的切层,切层后形成的线和面变成点的表示,进行点的加工优化.但是这个

过程不考虑点是否过密,重复,留给点云过滤去解决.

Form cloud point

Send switch command for transforming 3d entity model into cloud point. the effect

is determined by setting of main parameter. The process includes layer cutting from

three directions to 3D entity model, formed line and face turn into points revealing, and

point optimization process .whether points are over-closed, repeated is ignored. that

problem goes to cloud point filtration .

形成点云操作过程会在状态条显示工作进度.结束后,在状态条分别显示 3 个方向各进行了多少

次切层.同时在内雕点中显示形成了多少个点.由于没有进行过滤,过滤点为 0,还不适合现在内雕输

出,显示的内雕点包含了很多过密点和重复点.

Working progress is shown on status bar when forming cloud point. in the end, how

many layer cut are performed from three directions and how many points are formed are

shown on status bar. without being filtrated, filtration point is 0 .displayed engraving

points include many over-closed and repeating points and therefore does not fit for

engraving output.

点云过滤 Cloud point filtration

形成点云的过程没有考虑点是否过密和重复,点云过滤的目的就是发现空间距离小于炸裂距

离的任意 2个点,并过滤掉一个点.

过滤结束后,可以看到内雕点和过滤点的数据发生了变化.

点云过滤是比较消耗时间的,在状态条会显示每一个 1%的进度.如果加工很大很复杂的内雕品,

最好用比较好的电脑.一般(100,000点)内雕品很快(1-2分钟)就过滤完了.

点云过滤过程中可用 ESC中断过滤过程.

Cloud point filtration

Whether points are over-closed or repeated is ignored during formation of cloud

points. if the space distance of any random 2 points is smaller than burst distance, the

cloud point filtration will find it and filtrate one point.

过滤复位 Filtration undo

恢复点云过滤前的状态.

Get back status before cloud point filtration

点云过滤后,如果只是想改变布点的密度,可以采用此方法,这样可不必重新形成点云.

To avoid reforming cloud point after cloud point filtration, use filtration undo and

change density of points.

输出产生点云 dxf 文件,可以在三方软件如 AUTOCAD,3DMAX 中检验或修改,也可适用于其他

内雕设备的软件系统作为输入用.

Autocad, 3dmax or other engraving software.

内雕输出形成优化好的内雕加工数据文件.在形成加工数据时,进行路径优化,需要花费一些时间.

平面图片处理

Plane picture process

所有平面图片的处理都在平面图片主菜

单下选择完成.平面图片处理流程可简单概括

为:1,导入图片;,2,调整图片内雕参数;3,形成

平面点云.4:可输出 dxf 点云文件,内雕数据文

件.

All plane picture processed by selectingitems on plane menu. briefly Include:1.Input picture 2.Adjust engraving parameter. 3.Form plane cloud point. 4. Output dxf file, engraving data file.

本软件可处理 15种不同格式的平面图片

文件格式,即可灰度图片,也可彩色图片.在打开

平面图片对话框中文件类型中可进行各种类

型选择,从而可导入不同的文件格式图片.缺省

格式为自动选择或上一次的格式.

The software is compatible to 15 plane picture formats – grey and colorful picture.平面图片导入后会可做简单变换,如想重新开始可以选择重新导入图片.

Simple edit to plane picture after input. Re-input picture for new edit.图片便成灰度显示.

Picture turns into grey导入图片或重新导入图片后可进行一些图片简单处理操作,这些操作包括倒置,翻转,旋转,颜色翻转.

Simple operation such as reverse, invert, rotate and reverse colors.加强亮度

Lighten减少亮度

Darken加强对比度

More contrast减少对比度

Less contrast图片拉伸和均衡变化

picture draw-extend and equilibrium change.出现参数对话框,ok 后图片拉伸和均衡变换,否则不起作用.

图片处理中最重要的是平面内雕参数设置,所有长度单位均为微米(1/1000毫米),参数的意

义如下:

Plane engraving parameter setting matters most in picture process. all unit micron

(1/1000毫米).meanings of these parameters as the following:

内雕点距:控制布点的密度,最少参数为内雕机允许的打点密度.

Sub distance: control density of distributed points. minimum value is workable

density of points hitting of machine.

细分点距和像素细分数:计算用参数,该值越大,内雕出来的图片越大.图片大小与此两值的乘

积成正比.

Sub distance and pixel: bigger the value is , larger the engraving picture is. Size of

picture is direct ratio to product of these two value.

像素细分点数大,计算时间越长,精度稍高,推荐取值 1-5.

Bigger the dots are, longer calculating time takes, higher the precision produces.

Strong suggestion of value is :1-5.

图片层数:为了提高图片的显示精度,可以内雕多层图片,但是相应的内雕点数也增加.

Picture layers: to increase picture precision by inlaying more layers. accordingly,

engraving points increased.

层间点距:多层图片时层与层间的点距,建议为细分点距的整倍数.

Layers distance: distance between layers . suggest to be full multiple of sub

distance.

ZSCALE 用于控制层与层控制点的密度.

Ascale to control density of controlling point between layers.

Points scale togrey 选择,则点数与灰度成正比,不选,点的密度与灰度成正比

Select pointscaleto grey: point number is direct ratio to grey.

No select: point density is direct ratio to grey.

为了计算的简单明了,在参数设置对话框中改变参数,立即显示平面图片的内雕尺寸(图片尺

寸).为了参照,同时也显示了图片像素值.

For easy calculation, display engraving size (picture size ) of plane picture by

adjusting parameter in dialog box. for reference, plane dots are displayed.

SelectView Menu

视图选择显示控制与视图选择一起控制图形的显示,但显示控

制只包括显示的方式,即如何显示,而视图选择控制显示的

内容.

display of picture. select view includes the methodof display ,that is - how to display. display controldecides the content of display

视图选择包括投影选择(3D,YZ,XZ,XY)以及视图内

容选择(修正实体图,点云效果图),还有可单独控制是否显示内雕晶块.

显示 3D让实体以 3维立体的方式表现出来,当显示晶块时,修正实体图让你估计产生点云后的

效果,及时调整参数.点云效果图让你估计激光内雕后的效果,不满意时,及时修改实体原型图或系统

参数.

Display 3D makes entity shown in 3d.when crytal is shown, effect can be estimated

by amending entity image and adjusting parameter. laser engraving effect can be

estimated with cloud point effect picture .if unsatisfactory, amend entity mould picture

or system parameter.

显示 YZ Display YZ

显示 YZ让实体在 YZ 平面投影,包括实体原型,实体修正,点云效果,还有晶块.

Display YZ, make entity project on YZ plane, include entity original model , entity

amended, point cloud quality, crystal block.

显示 XZ

显示 XZ让实体在 XZ 平面投影,包括实体原型,实体修正,点云效果,还有晶块.

Display XZ, make entity project on XZ plane, include entity original model , entity

amended, point cloud quality, crystal block.

显示 XY

显示 XY让实体在 XY 平面投影,包括实体原型,实体修正,点云效果,还有晶块.

Display XY, make entity project on XY plane, include entity original model , entity

amended, point cloud quality, crystal block.

修正实体图 Entity modification

显示 3DMAX 等设计的实体模型的修正图,考虑了比例和偏移变化.只有在导入图形实体后,才

有修正实体图可显示,这可以从状态条的节点数看出.节点数为 0,肯定没有导入实体图.

Entity modification

Display modified picture of entity mould created by 3dmax.proporation and

excursion change are considered. shown by node number on status bar, modified entity

picture is shown only when entity picture is inputted. if entity picture is not inputted,

node number is 0

点云效果图 Cloud point effect picture

显示数据处理和加工后的点云图,可以预计内雕后的效果.只有在有点云数据时才有点云效果

图,这可从状态条的内雕点数看出.一般说打开了以前处理的结果文件或者导入文件后进行了点云产

生和点云过滤就有点云.

Cloud point effect picture

Display processed cloud point picture and estimate engraving effect. reflected by

engraving points on status bar, effect picture occurs when cloud point data exists.

显示控制

显示控制与视图选择一起控制图形的显示,但显示控制

只包括显示的方式,即如何显示,而视图选择控制显示的

内容.显示控制包括图形复原,实体自动旋转,放大 10%,缩

小 10%,平移, 旋转,缩放.

Display control

Both display control and view control determine the graph display. Display control

includes display method, that is how to display. view control determines the content of

display. Display control include recover graph, auto rotate.......

图形复原

有时候,进行图形变换后,看不到图形了,或者不知道东南西北了,这时候,使用图形复原,可以让

你回到原点重新开始.

Recover graph

Sometimes, graph is missing after transformation or swtich.to get back to the initial

graph by using recover graph.

实体自动旋转

为了观察图形的各个角度,可以使用图形自动旋转.这是一个乒乓开关,停,开,停.另外,用鼠标左

键在屏幕上点击一下,自动旋转立即停止.

平移

选择后,可以用鼠标在屏幕上控制图形的平移.方法是左键按下不松开,往你想平移的方向移动,

即可平移图形.释放鼠标左键,平移结束.只要平移被选择,可以任何时候继续以上操作.

Graph pan

After selection, use mouse to control graph pan on screen. keep left button being

pressed and move to wanted direction. loosen left button, pan ends. when pan selected,

above operation works at any time.

For 3d display only. after selected, use mouse to control graph rotate on screen. the

method is: keep left button being pressed, get graph rotated by moving graph up and

Loosen left button, rotate stops. when pan being selected, above operation works.

要正常使用软件的功能,必须先进行软件注册登记,注册密码由软件提供者提供.

每一个加密锁对应唯一的注册密码,更换加密锁必须重新注册.

To use software function, register first. login password provided by software

supplier. Each encrypt key meets a sole logging password. to change encrypt key, re-

login needed.

注册成功后,下次就不会出现注册对话框,并提示已经注册

对话框中上方是 DXF 图纸实体范围指原图设计尺寸的大小;中间是激光内雕实体范围指通过

比例控制后实际在水晶中内雕出来的尺寸;这个数据不能直接改变,但当你改变下方的比例数据时

此数据就发生改变.

Entity scale of Dxf. shown on upper side in dialog box indicates size of original

designed drawing. in the middle the entity scale is the actual size engraved inside crystal

after proportion set. the scale changed with the change of size DATA.

对话框中你可以选择是否等比例控制.然后调整整体比例或分别调整 3 方向比例,一定要注意看

激光内雕实体范围中的长宽高值是否与输出的晶体尺寸相符.

If geometric proportion control in the dialog box is for selection. Adjust it or adjust

separate 3 direction proportion. Carefully check if L-W-H value of engraved entity scale

is equivalent to actual crystal output size.

只要不重新设置,比例参数一直保持不变.

without reset, proportion parameter maintains workable .

下方右边还有一个参数叫自动对中,一般情况下选中(勾上),这样图形显示刚好居中,比较好

观察.如果采用多次分层算点,然后在 AUTOCAD 中合成,才需要取消选择.这种情况是读比较大的图

形,由于计算机的限制(内存或计算能力),一次计算有困难,可采用这种方式.

Default clicked on a parameter named auto center to make graph in the middle for

convenient watch .to cancel this selection on the condition that multi-layer points

counting and composed in Autocad. This happens when large image is read with

shortage of working capability of computer for one time calculation.

参数设置一目了然,主要介绍参数的意义.

Layer and parameter set

切层计算厚度:点云形成的方法是多个方向切割实体,该参数就是每次切割的距离.

Cut distance:

切层取点步长:多方向切层后形成的直线,应该多长补一个点呢?由切层取点步长决定.

在选择布点方式为单切(Single Cut)时,此参数为切割方向(角度度数).

棱边密度步长:设置可见网格线的布点密度.

Array density step:

表面密度步长:设置表面的布点密度.

Exterior density step:

Z扩大因子:考虑到激光内雕点不是理论上的点,有一定长度,所以 z 方向的密

度要比 xy方向的密度要稀疏一点.该参数用于调整比例参数,为 1 时认为 2 个

方向密度一样.

(注意!当密度步长或密度步长*z扩大因子 大于 2 时取消布点.)

Z scale factor:actual engraving points, being not theoretic points, have length.

therefore, density of z direction is sparser than that of XY direction. this parameter is to

adjust the proportion. when proportion being 1,it is thought that the density of two

direction are same.

Z 移动步长:计算出的数据在 z 方向圆整,当此参数比较大时,侧面看到一层一

层的,取参数 0.001 就可以看不到层

Z move step

4种布点方式:表面布点,线布点,方阵布点,45 方阵布点.Point mode:

最近点比较限制:在过滤机算时,比较邻近点是否干涉,为了计算速度,此参数

控制比较的点数.

Near points limit: the parameter controls points number for comparation. mainly

consider the calculation speed and if near points interference.

主参数以下是一个各个层和对象的统计以及局部设置的列表框,可看到的参数

是层号,层名,显示控制,参数控制,棱边密度,面密度,布点方式,节点数,三角面数.

可以独立控制各个层和对象的布点密度,布点方式.要独立控制棱边密度,面密

度,必须先选择该层,下方会显示层编号,层名,然后取消参数缺省为系统,再输入

控制的棱边密度,面密度.

在显示控制列表框中可选择 正常显示,红色显示,删除标志,一般选择正常显示,

当选择删除标志时该层不参与布点,选择红色显示时,如果再确认更改,显示应

用,改层会红色显示,方便逆查看该层的内容.

此对话框控制拼图时第 2 个图的偏移方向和数值,这样可确定 2 个图的相对位置.

Optimize trace multi block engrave

layer by Layer: 勾上时,一层一层雕刻,而不是三维联动

When layer by layer is selected, it is carved layer by layer, not 3D type.

此时要注意 Burn thickness 指一层的厚度,一般 0.15,

Burn thickness means the thickness of one layer, normally value is 0.15

少则质量好一点,但慢一些,大一点则相反.

If less – better quality but slower speed.

If more – the opposite.

Burn thickness: 每次联动雕刻的厚度,或分层雕刻时图层的距离

Burn thickness: linkage thickness of every time, or layer distance of delaminate

engrave.

Max Opti Points: 每次计算的点数,控制此参数的大小,提高计算速度.

Max Opti Points: calculate points every time , control parameter , improve calculate

speed.

Max Opti points : points after every calculation. set higher or lower to quicken or

slow the speed

Light through ratio

遮光参数,光的雕刻认为是个锥形,此参数指平面方向与高度的比值.

X/Z Velocity ratio

内雕机平面方向与高度方向的速度比.

Multi block engrave crystal size

分块雕刻设置, X,Y,Z

Separate block carving setup

必须选择 Multi Block才会分块雕刻

先设置晶块的大小,即长宽高,设置时应该参考内雕要求,即内雕的范围.如果不

能接受,就得重新实体比例偏移设置.

To set the size of crystal, that is L-W-H. set accordingly in terms of inner engraving

scale .if unworkable, reset entity scale.

晶块亮度可以选择 1-255,控制晶块在屏幕显示的亮度.

Crystal brightness ranging from 1-255 to control the brightness of crystal being

shown on screen.

最近的更新是:

增加了 Single Cut 的布点方式,这时计算速度,内存的利用率有很大的提高.

计算很大的内雕时,出现内存不够时,采用接力的方式.

最后内雕数据在 p4 1.8G 512M 的电脑上可以达到 2000万点,尺寸 2000mm x

1000mm x70mm.实际上计算的规模主要是内存的限制.

What’s updated is :

by p4 1.8g and 512m memory.

有了斜切的方式,适当增加切层距离,可以看到一层层斜切的效果,有些用户喜欢.

New inclined cutting method. Increase layer cutting distance properly to get layers

of inclined cutting effect exposed. Some users are fond of it.

1. File 菜单包括拼图操作:

Input Main Join: 输入第一个图

Append Join File: 输入第二个图

Output Join Result: 输出拼图结果

2 个图的相对位置由 Parameter 的 Join Parameter

控制,操作过程中,状态条的参数只显示第一个图的.

打点时第一个图先打,再打第二个图.请注意可能遮光,

没有遮光检验,操作者自己控制.

Near points limit: 在滤点计算时,如果比较的点过多,会影响计算速度,该参数控

制滤点计算的规模.主要是滤点计算时不要太慢.如果认为有些该滤点没有过滤

掉,可以适当加大该参数.

When calculating filtration points, speed is influnced if the points for comparasion

is too many. This parameter controls the scale of calculation . The main purpose is to

maintain calculation speed at a proper level. to increase the parameter if you think some

rest points deserved being filtrated again.

三. 分块雕刻设置, X,Y,Z(Ditto P28)Separate block engrave setup 必须选择 Multi Block才会分块雕刻

Multi block is selected for separate block carving.

Light Angle Ratio 光的锥度比,0.15 指 1mm Z 方向,不会遮住X,Y 方向 0.15mm

layer by Layer: when you select it, the machine will engrave on one layer then another.勾上时,一层一层雕刻,而不是三维联动

此时要注意 Burn thickness means the layer thickness, normally setting is 0.1mm 指一

层的厚度,一般 0.1,少则质量好一点,但慢一些,大一点则相反.Smaller than 0.1mm, the engrave quality will be good, but engrave speed will be slower.Bigger than 0.1mm, the engrave speed will be faster, but the engrave quality will down.

平面图片布点原则:先转换成灰度,然后把像素细分(Subs per dot), 根据 Sub dist(细分点)摆好点,由最密点距根据灰度确定是否留点。

方式 1 与方式 2 的差别是一层层算点,还是从左到右算点,结果会不一样,由用户选

择.Difference of method one and method two lies in that it is to start counting point layer by laser

or from left to right. It is up to the user.
