+nly a few of the rooms of this huge palace are open to the public, but they are well worth seeing, being a miture of opulent andgrand, and charming and bi-arre.
My favourite room was the (all of the ativity Scene. $he model of the stable at Bethlehem, in Italian presipio, is very much aeapolitan craft, and the one in /aserta !alace is on an epic scale, a whole village of intricate figures.

to 8km. #ountains, ponds and statues decorate the park and the walk, with the artificial river running in the middle anddescending in cascades from the hill. #rom the farther end of the gardens, you can have great views of the palace itself.
If walking uphill is not something you fancy, you can always use the use of the buses that run the whole distance...

After many various attempts of trying to slice my pi--a to appear like a local, I
finally met someone that could help. ?ario is the husband of my friend andfellow travel blogger, Hatrina
from www.tourabsurd.comand www.absurdreviews.com. ?ario is from the
aples area %ahem O the birthplace of pi--a' originally so I knew I had found
the right person to ask about how to eat pi--a the Pcorrect way.
In addition to solving this dilemma, I would also be able to utili-e ?ario to take
Bethany and I to the best, local pi--a >oint in aples. 3hen we first met ?ario
and Hatrina in Rome I had told them about my *uest to go to eat the best pi--a
in aples A? to learn how to eat it properly. $hey immediately accepted the
challenge and told us to make sure we didnt order pi--a in Rome as it would be
a waste of time. $hey were insistent that the only pi--a worth having was a

/oastandaples was the last stop on our trip. "very day when we sat down at a
restaurant to eat, Id try to temp her with ordering pi--a and she would refuse
based on ?arios instructions. I was *uite impressed with her resolve I on the
other hand didnt really have a great of resolve.
?ario knew right away where he wanted to take us in aples for a slice O Antica
!i--eria Sorbillo. O a local pi--eria which happened to be close to the place
where all of the tourists went. $here are multiple restaurants called Sorbillo
along 7ia dei $ribunali this is +$ the one with lines of camera toting tourists,
but a instead a small gathering of locals waiting for a seat. It looks like this0

(owever, Sorbillos lack of line didnt mean that it wasnt good the place was a
constant bu-- of activity with the wood oven in the front manned by a few big
Italian men full of smiles and the back was packed full of people speaking
Italian.

3hen we sat down I asked ?ario what we should order and he said, J$heres
really only one thing to order. !i--a margherita O its the only thing we really
consider pi--a.K (e went on to talk about how the Pless is more theory allowed
you to simply taste the homemade sauce and en>oy the taste of the crispy crust.
3e decided to take ?arios advice and we ordered margherita pi--as.
Soon we had a table full of the best Ppies apoli had to offer and I could hardly
wait to dig in. But waitQfirst I must learn how to eat the pie properly& ?ario
and Hatrina nicely demonstrated for me and to my surprise it was more like the
American way of eating pi--a than I thought& 3atch below and you can also
