AASC is pleased to announce the launch of Halal meats sales!

Since we are providing in-flight meals for airlines companies coming from Muslim majority

countries, we have in our facility segregated butchery as well as kitchen dedicated for the

processing of Halal meat and preparation of Halal meals. All the meats and food stuffs we use in

those Halal areas are finely checked so we can assure the integrity of the Halal compliance.

From June 2, 2016, we decided to launch the sales of Halal processed meats, to be able to provide,

at first to the local Muslim community, Halal processed meats complying with high standards of

food safety, hygiene and quality.

All the meats we are processing in our Halal butchery are slaughtered according to the Islamic

ritual and under the recognition of eligible Halal certification authorities. Also, our Halal

butchery is certified by Japan Halal Association.
