PROTOTYPING
● Favorire nuove intuizioni
● Aiutare a costruire empatia
● Sbloccare un team -> non discutete, costruite!
PROTOTYPING...what?
PROTOTYPING...what?
Bring your idea to life! Making something tangible for people to see, touch, feel and understand.
PROTOTYPING...why?
1. Decide which parts of your service need
further thought and clarification.
2. Decide which elements of the service you need to
communicate and discuss with others. (prioritise!)
3. Decide what you want to prototype according to what you most need to discover. (You might be able to prototype everything all at once or you may need
to break it down into very small chunks)
PROTOTYPING...how?
SEE IT!By making storyboards you can build avisual representation of a service idea, breaking down the service into stages which help structure both your explanation of your idea, and how people feed in their ideas.

Build it:By building low-tech models out of paperand other materials you can make a tangible product, space, or touch-point within a service. This helps people feel and see the idea.

Ask for the person who created the prototype and engage them in the conversation.
• “How did talking to your partner inform your design?”• “How will testing and getting feedback impact your final design?”• “What was the most challenging part of the process for you?”

TESTING...why?
TESTING...what?
Validate/invalidate assumptions
TESTING...how?OSSERVARE
TESTING...how?
TESTING...how?EMPATIA
RUOLI DEL TEAM
● Host/Hostess
● Osservatori attivi
PIANIFICARE IL TEST
● Lasciate che gli utenti facciano ESPERIENZA
● OSSERVATE l’esperienza
● COINVOLGETE gli utenti
LASCIAR FARE UNA ESPERIENZA
● Organizzate la scena per la nuova esperienza
● Fornite subito qualche artefatto fisico
COINVOLGERE GLI UTENTI (do-design)
● Domande aperte
● Non fate domande allusive
● Fate domande specifiche sul prototipo
● Lasciateli parlare dell’esperienza
CATTURARE IL FEEDBACK
● È piaciuto
● Critica costruttiva
● Domande
●● Idee
