Gli elementi del sistema di graffaggio e tenuta idraulica sono: un anello di graffaggio sul tubo e una ghiera per il bloccaggiorigido del tubo.The elements in the clinching and hydraulic seal system are: one clinching ring on the pipe and one ring nut to firmly block the pipe.Les éléments du système de fixation et d’étanchéité sont : une bague fendue sur le tuyau et un écrou pour le blocage du tuyau.

1 Corpo centrale del raccordo. La filettatura permette l’esercizio della forza necessaria per far aderire la guarnizione alla parete.

2 Guarnizione. Grazie alla geometria variabile brevettata del diametro, garantisce la tenuta idraulica fino a 4 bar.

3 Anello piano. E’ atto ad omogeneizzare la spinta applicata per il serraggio e funge da cuscinetto per ridurre gli attriti tra il dado e la gomma della guarnizione.

4 Collare. Il suo avvitamento mediante la filettatura permette di modellare la guarnizione adattandola alla parete; invertendo il senso di avvitamento, il raccordo andrà a potersi estrarre.

1 Central body of the joint. The threading allows for the necessary force so that the gasket can be joined to the wall.

2 Gasket. Thanks to the patented variable shape of the diameter, it guarantees hydraulic sealing up to 4 bar.

3 Flat ring. It allows for homogeneous strength when tightening and serves as a buffer to reduce friction between nut and rubber on the gasket.

4 Ring. Its tightening through the threading makes it possible to shape the gasket adjusting it to the wall; reversing the tightening direction, it will be possible to extract the joint.

2 Joint. Grâce à la géométrie variable brevetée du diamètre, il garantit l’étanchéité jusqu’ à 4 bar.

3 Bague plate. Elle est adaptée pour uniformiser la poussée appliquée pour le serrage et sert de palier pour réduire les frictions entre l’écrou et le caoutchouc du joint.

4 Collier. Son vissage sur le filetage permet de modeler le joint en l’adaptant à la paroi ; en inversant le sens du vissage, le raccord pourra être retiré.

1 Hook the sleeve, corresponding to the pipe fitting to be installed, to the drill spindle, as shown in Figure 5

2 Set the torque as needed (recommended 8-10N)

3 Insert the pipe fitting inside the sleeve as shown in Figure 5 and hold it in position as shown in Figure 6

4 Insert the pipe fitting into the hole and position it properly

5 Start screwing6 Stop screwing when the spindle stops to

rotate7 Remove the drill

IMPORTANT NOTE: When a female pipe fitting is unscrewed there is the possibility that the quick coupling rotates. Therefore, it is recommended to tighten (hold) the pipe-collar with adjustable pliers.

Istruzioni per la richiesta d’interventoIn caso di guasto, deve essere data la possibilità alla Bucchi S.r.l. di ispezionare i difetti al fine di eliminarli entro pochi giorni, prima che questi vengano rimossi ed eventuali danni vengano fatturati da un installatore o da terzi.In questi casi è necessario che ci venga inviato un telefax con copia al rappresentante di zona contenente:• luogo e data di installazione• marchio di identificazione dei prodotti• tipo di guasto riscontrato• informazioni sulle condizioni di esercizio

(pressione e temperatura)• nome e recapito dell’eventuale impresa che ha

effettuato l’impiantoDopo il ricevimento della richiesta di intervento, la Bucchi provvederà ad inviare un suo incaricato per fare l’ispezione. Nel caso in cui il guasto rientri nelle condizioni di GARANZIA, passerà la pratica alla Compagnia Assicuratrice, la quale provvederà al ri-sarcimento dei danni, dopo averne ispezionato e quantificato il danno.Qualora il guasto non rientri nelle condizioni della GARANZIA, la Bucchi addebiterà al richiedente il costo della perizia e di tutte le spese sostenute per gli accertamenti.

Nonostante l’attenzione accurata data alla realizzazione di questo catalogo ed i controlli effettuati, potrebbe essere sfuggito qualche errore. Ce ne scusiamo e Vi invitiamo a segnalarci le Vostre osservazioni. Warranty coverage begins from product delivery date. On the basis of this warranty, Bucchi S.r.l. will compensate with up to a maximum of Euro 1.032.913,80 for damages to individuals or objects that are proved to be related to manufacturing defects. No additional claims will be acknowledged.The aforesaid warranty implies the supplier is responsible for the supply of technical instructions for the product and that the buyer must follow them strictly, especially with regard to workmanlike product intallation /use criteria that must be applied in accordance to the operating conditions supplied by Bucchi S.r.l. in this technical manual.Should fittings be assembled with other products having a thread pitch differring from the one of Bucchi’s products or if products in use have deteriorated due to carelessness or negligence (grazes, crushing, storage in unsuitable places, etc.) the aforesaid warranty terms will not be valid.

Instructions for Requesting AssistanceIn case of product failure, Bucchi S.r.l. must be given the opportunity to inspect any defects in order to eliminate damage within a few days and before it is removed or repair costs are invoiced by an installation technician or third party.Should failure occur, a fax supplying the following information must be sent to us and to the area agent:• place and installation date• product identification mark• kind of failure experienced• data regarding operating conditions (pressure

and temperature)• name and address of the company that installed

the system (if applicable).Upon receipt of the Request for Assistance, Bucchi will send its own technician to inspect the failure. Should failure pertain to WARRANTY terms, Bucchi will send the relevant documents to the Insurance Company. The Insurance Company will compensate for the damage after inspecting and quantifying same. Should the failure not pertain to WARRANTY terms, Bucchi will charge the applicant with the costs born for damage appraisal and any expenditure incurred to establish the cause of the failure.

Istruzioni per la richiesta d’interventoIn caso di guasto, deve essere data la possibilità alla Bucchi S.r.l. di ispezionare i difetti al fine di eliminarli entro pochi giorni, prima che questi vengano rimossi ed eventuali danni vengano fatturati da un installatore o da terzi.In questi casi è necessario che ci venga inviato un telefax con copia al rappresentante di zona contenente:• luogo e data di installazione• marchio di identificazione dei prodotti• tipo di guasto riscontrato• informazioni sulle condizioni di esercizio

(pressione e temperatura)• nome e recapito dell’eventuale impresa che ha

effettuato l’impiantoDopo il ricevimento della richiesta di intervento, la Bucchi provvederà ad inviare un suo incaricato per fare l’ispezione. Nel caso in cui il guasto rientri nelle condizioni di GARANZIA, passerà la pratica alla Compagnia Assicuratrice, la quale provvederà al ri-sarcimento dei danni, dopo averne ispezionato e quantificato il danno.Qualora il guasto non rientri nelle condizioni della GARANZIA, la Bucchi addebiterà al richiedente il costo della perizia e di tutte le spese sostenute per gli accertamenti.

Nonostante l’attenzione accurata data alla realizzazione di questo catalogo ed i controlli effettuati, potrebbe essere sfuggito qualche errore. Ce ne scusiamo e Vi invitiamo a segnalarci le Vostre osservazioni. I dati e le caratteristiche dei prodotti qui riportati si devono intendere a titolo indicativo.La Bucchi s.r.l. si riserva il diritto di apportare nei propri prodotti tutte le modifiche che riterrà opportune per logiche tecniche e commerciali.

Bucchi S.r.l. products are covered by a leading insurance company Civil Liability Policy.Bucchi S.r.l. products are guaranteed for a twelve months period. Warranty coverage begins from product delivery date. On the basis of this warranty, Bucchi S.r.l. will compensate with up to a maximum of Euro 1.032.913,80 for damages to individuals or objects that are proved to be related to manufacturing defects. No additional claims will be acknowledged.The aforesaid warranty implies the supplier is responsible for the supply of technical instructions for the product and that the buyer must follow them strictly, especially with regard to workmanlike product intallation /use criteria that must be applied in accordance to the operating conditions supplied by Bucchi S.r.l. in this technical manual.Should fittings be assembled with other products having a thread pitch differring from the one of Bucchi’s products or if products in use have deteriorated due to carelessness or negligence (grazes, crushing, storage in unsuitable places, etc.) the aforesaid warranty terms will not be valid.

Instructions for Requesting AssistanceIn case of product failure, Bucchi S.r.l. must be given the opportunity to inspect any defects in order to eliminate damage within a few days and before it is removed or repair costs are invoiced by an installation technician or third party.Should failure occur, a fax supplying the following information must be sent to us and to the area agent:• place and installation date• product identification mark• kind of failure experienced• data regarding operating conditions (pressure

and temperature)• name and address of the company that installed

the system (if applicable).Upon receipt of the Request for Assistance, Bucchi will send its own technician to inspect the failure. Should failure pertain to WARRANTY terms, Bucchi will send the relevant documents to the Insurance Company. The Insurance Company will compensate for the damage after inspecting and quantifying same. Should the failure not pertain to WARRANTY terms, Bucchi will charge the applicant with the costs born for damage appraisal and any expenditure incurred to establish the cause of the failure.

Despite the care taken in drawing up this catalogue and subsequent controls, some errors may have occurred. Bucchi s.r.l. dispose d’une assurance d’une compagnie de premier plan relative à une Police de Responsabilité Civile Produits.Bucchi s.r.l. garantit ses produits pour une durée de douze mois, à compter de la date de livraison du matériel. Dans le cadre de cette garantie, Bucchi s.r.l. s’engage à dédommager les dommages causés aux personnes ou aux choses, dus à des défauts de fabrication, à concurrence de EUROS 1.032.913,80.Les revendications pour des sommes plus élevées ne seront pas reconnues. La garantie en question a comme condition la responsabilité du fournisseur et le respect par l’acheteur des instructions techniques reconnues et en particulier des critères d’installation/utilisation des produits selon les règles de l’art et selonles recommandations sur les conditions de fonctionnement indiquées dans le présent catalogue technique de Bucchi s.r.l.Dans les cas où des raccords sont assemblés avec d’autres produits ayant un filetage avec des pas différents par rapport à ceux de Bucchi, des matériaux détériorés par la négligence sont utilisés (rayures, écrasements, stockages dans des lieux inappropriés, etc.), les garanties indiquées ci-dessus perdent leur validité.

Instructions pour la demande d’interventionEn cas de panne, le client doit fournir la possibilité à Bucchi s.r.l. d’inspecter les défauts en vue de les éliminer dans un délai de quelques jours, avant qu’ils soient éliminés et les éventuels dommages facturés par un installateur ou par des tiers.Dans ces cas, il est nécessaire de nous envoyer un fax avec une copie au représentant de zone contenant:• lieu et date d’installation• marque d’identification des produits• type de défaut constaté• informations sur les conditions de

fonctionnement (pression et température)• nom et adresse de l’entreprise qui a effectué

l’installationAprès la réception de la demande d’intervention, Bucchi enverra un technicien pour faire l’inspection. Si le défaut rentre dans les conditions de GARANTIE, le dossier sera transmis à la Compagnie d’Assurance, qui procédera au dédommagement des dommages, après avoir inspecté et quantifié le dommage.Si le défaut ne rentre pas dans les conditions de la GARANTIE, Bucchi facturera au demandeur le coût de l’expertise et tous les frais supportés pour les contrôles.

Malgré l’attention réservée a la réalisation de ce catalogue et les contrôles effectués, il est possible que nous avons commis quelque faute.
