Traditionalinstallation methods for tunnels, bridges and streetlighting involve a considerable amount of on-siteconnection work through the preparation of terminationboxes or cable joints.
LIGHTING MODULAR SYSTEMFlexoTM modular power cable systems have integralsocket outlets, which are factory produced throughoutthe length of the main supply cable. This allows simpleplug-in connections that remove the need for junctionboxes and time-consuming on-site glanding andtermination. The plug leads can be connected to thelights prior to their being secured. The main cablesystem, with integrated sockets, supplied on standarddrums can then be installed as simply as a cable. Wheninstalled, the sockets align with the light fittings andconnections are made by a simple plug-in action.
