Cross House And Cross House

Cottage“It was the location, size and flexibility of use that first attracted us to the property. Its location on the edge of a village, with great panoramic country views and the convenience of being in the countryside, but not too far from the local county town. Private but convenient.

We purchased the properties some twelve and a half years ago and it has been a labour of love ever since, with the whole renovation of the properties as well as the landscaping of gardens and paddocks spanning across this time., It has been a true labour of love and a pleasure to watch it evolve into its current state. The two bedroomed cottage was in a semi derelict state. This building was the original farmhouse whereas the main house was the result of an ongoing conversion of outbuildings and cowsheds.

The house has been a great retreat for us and we shall miss living here. We hope to find someone who will love this house as much as we have. It is ideal as a bed & breakfast, together with a holiday let cottage or a great family home with a separate annexe. It offers great scope in view of the spacious rooms within. It has become a truly wonderful place, a versatile character home to make great memories in.”*

Cross House and its cottage offers multiple options, ideal for an extended family, or anyone looking for a property with bed & breakfast or holiday let potential. The cottage has previously been residentially let.

The main house was originally the farm buildings, but has been converted into a fantastic dwelling. The cottage was the original farmhouse. Situated on the edge of the village of Letterston, it is on the main route from Haverfordwest to Fishguard, where ferries depart for Ireland. North Pembrokeshire is a place of stunning natural beauty, and the property is ideally located for any tourist wanting to explore the delights of the Preseli mountains, or the beaches of the north of the county. Schools, shops and other facilities are available in the village, or are a fifteen minute drive away in the county town of Haverfordwest.
