Applicatiott Jor consent.-(/) An application for obtaining the consentof the State Board as required under section 2l for operdting an industrialplaht, for the purpose_ofany.industry speqified in the Scheduie appended tothel Act, in an air pollution control area declared as such under Seltion 19sball be made to the State Doard in Form I :

Provided that where any.persou irnmediately befqre the declaration of anyarea as pir pollution coltrol area operates in such area any such industrialpl,ant, he shall make such applica,tion in the specified form within a periodof three months from the date of such declaiation.

(2) The applications made under sub-rule (1) for industries mentionedunder colunin 1 of the table given below shall be accompanied by the amountof bonse-nt fee as specified under column 2 tlrereof aga'inst the
