Positive +high energy enthusiastic movements, eye contact,
open gestures, smiling
Negative-flat tone, no variation in pitch, volume very soft or too loudAnger Abruptness
What we hear
Positive+ emphasizes important words or points, varies level and pitch of voice, uses appropriate volume
Negative-words don’t relate to subject, convey negative feeling, are jazy and hard to follow
Positive-use words appropriate to the subject, words describe a positive or neutral viewpoint, are clear and descriptive
