This sale will be conducted in USD $. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a Bidding Number. This Brochure is only a guide please inspect the equipment.

All new Buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a Bidder Number.Photographic Identification (Passport/Emirates ID)Deposit - a minimum deposit of 55,000 AED / 15,000 USD viaE-payment, Cash, or Bank Transfer. This will guarantee a credit limit of100,000 USD. All deposits must be received in full before you can beapproved for bidding either Onsite or Online. If you wish to spend more than 100,000 USD a further 10% of the total projected spend is required. We require a deposit 24 hours before the sale. Please allow 3 working days for us to receive your deposit Via Bank Transfer. Please note deposits of cash or bank cheques held in the office on auction day will be returned to those customers who have been unsuccessful in their bids on auction day. Deposits paid via bank transfer, will be returned approximately 7 days after the auction.

Regular buyers must provide photographic identifiction at each auction. A deposit may be required in some circumstances. Please visit www.euroauctions.com for more information.

Cheque/Cash is acceptable on the sale date only. NOTE: Telegraphic transfer will only be accepted after the sale day.

All company representatives bidding on behalf of a company must provide a letter of authorisation from their company director.

If bidders unable attend any of our auctions can use the Euro Auctions Pre-Bidding service. To place a Pre-Bid you must be registered, assigned a Bidder Number and can only be accepted when Lot numbers have been assigned.

Note Regarding “GCC Duties Not Paid”The auction is conducted in a Duty Free Zone. Certain items identified in the sale day catalogue, or otherwise announced at the auction, as “GCC DUTIES NOT PAID” have not been imported into the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is purchaser’s responsibility to satisfy requirements of any kind in respect of the importation of any items into the UAE or any other country. Such responsibility includes compliance with laws and regulations of the country including payment of taxes and duties, obtaining proper approvals and complying with any other requirements. Purchasers must engage their own customs broker. UAE duty will not apply to properly exported goods; however, non-UAE imported goods that are purchased for export will be subjected to a 15% deposit, which is refundable upon proof of export. Nominal documentation charges to the buyers are required for clearing equipment out of the Free Zone. Freight forwarders/customs brokers will be on site to provide this service.

Notice to Foreign BiddersSome equipment may require modification to meet foreign import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker or authorities.

StorageEuro Auctions offer free storage for 30 days after the auction “Storage fees will be applicable after that”.

بطاقة هوية ) رخصة قيادة او جواز سفر)

التأمينات – مبلغ لا يقل عن 15,000 دولار امريكي بما يعادل 55,000 درهم اماراتي نقدا

او ضمان بنكي او عن طريق حوالة بنكية وبموجب هذا التأمين سيفتح المجال للمزايد

المزاودة حتى 100,000 دولار امريكي. يجب ان تكون التأمينات مدفوعة بالكامل كي

يتمكن المزاود من المزايدة سواء في موقع المزاد أو المزاودة عن طريق الانترنت. اذا كنت

ترغب بالمزاودة باكثر من 100,000 دولار امريكي يتطلب دفع %10 من المبلغ المتوقع

إنفاقه. يتطلب دفع تأمين المزاد خلال 24 ساعة قبل بدء المزاد. يتطلب ثلاث ايام عمل

لاستلام الحوالات البنكية. في حال عدم الشراء يتم استرجاع التأمينات النقدية والشيكات

للمزايدين نفس يوم المزاد اما بالنسبة للحولات البنكية يتطلب سبعة ايام عمل بعد

بشكل حصري وان دفع ضريبة الاستيراد او التصدير او الضرائب الاخرى وتعيين مخلص

جمركي من مسؤولية المشتري لوحده وفي حال تصدير المعدات المشتراه خارج دول

الخليج يتوجب على المشتري دفع تامين 15 % ويسترد هذا التامين عند احضار الاوراق

الثبوتية بما يفيد ان المعدات قد تم تصديرها. .سيتوفر وكلاء شحن وتخليص جمركي

بموقع المزاد لخدمة الزبائن

ملاحظة للزبائن من خارج دولة الامارات قد يتطلب الاستيراد خارج دولة الامارات ) الاجنبي ) تعديلات لكي تطابق قواعد

الاستيراد ونظام الامان الرجاء التاكد من الوسيط المخصص او المفوضي
