He is a CAMFEBA’s A�orney-at-Law, who has extensive experience in providing the legal consulta�on in the area of labor and commercial laws and represen�ng clients at Arbitra�on Council and courts. His specific exper�se in this field was gained from more than 9 years experiences with law firms and CAMFEBA. He is a member of the Bar Associa�on of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He is currently a Managing Director of Cambodian Commercial Law Firm(CCLF).
He used to work as an A�orney at Law for Cambodia Interna�onal Law Firm (CILF), Asia Cambodia Law Firm (ACLF) and also for CAMFE-BA as a Legal Department Manager. He holds Bachelor and Master Degree of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economic Science in Phnom Penh.
He also got a cer�ficate of Ap�tude in Legal Profession from Lawyer Training Center. He can speak Khmer and English very well.
At the end of the course, all participants will be able to:
Calculate the payments for employees correctly under the CambodiaLabor law is s�ll a problem for many enterprises. It focuses oncalcula�on methods only, in order to guide employers on calcula�onmethods for all the payments as defined in the Cambodialabor Law. It is hoped that par�cipants will understand clearly thecorrect methods for calcula�ng the following payments a�er thistraining, which is related Laws & Regula�ons will be given assuppor�ng references for each calcula�on.
