Dear SirWe refer to your mail quotation Ref -RMC/LKO/Ravindar/Mar-0424/13-14 dt 12.03.14 and subsequent discussion with our undersigned had with you, we are pleased to place our Letter of Indent on you for supply of RMC at address given below.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Your rates are exclusive of Excise Duty (2.06%) & VAT shall be 14% Extra as per site

location.

2. Pumpable Mix charges extra @ RS. 100/- M3.

3. RMC to be provided to us round the clock as per our requirements. Maintenance of

Plant to be informed in advance to plan our works on Sunday or any holiday.

4. All permissions to ply your transit mixers from your plant to site and back shall be in

your scope.

5. All quality tests are to done and recorded and submitted to ITD in prescribed format.

6. Cubes moulds are to be kept at site as per the requirement. Slump test and required

nos. of cubes are to be taken at site and BP as per the instruction of EIC.

7. You are responsible for curing of cubes and conduct 7 & 28 days compressive strength

results in presence of our quality control engineer or client

8. You shall conduct the slump test for each transit mixer before pouring and filling of

sample cubes, in case concrete rejected due to inferior quality by our site engineer or

client shall not be poured and will not be considered for the payment.9. The price of RMC shall be firm for the entire duration of contract/piling work. 10. Measurement of concrete quantity will be certified as per Delivery challan supported by

batch slip certified by ITDCem QA/QC Engineer.

11. Payment will be made through 89 days LC ,concrete quantity supplied before LC

opening period shall be consider under LC terms.

12. You shall follow all site safety rules during the entire period of work

13. The final purchase order shall be released in due course.
